I don't think that Russia is afraid of China. They are allies and support each other in most of the political decision. Both of these countries don't like USA and I think therefore joined forces. By the way even if they had problem Russia has greater military power than China.
yes it is a face but they have so many conflict between them. as china is said to be another emerging power. so Russia also cannot bare that. and want to continue their supremacy over the area and do not wan the supremacy of any other country.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

No, russia is neutral I guess. But because of the long term relationship between russia and china. Russia cannot leave China in despair. So thats why Russia is a good friend but there is always a time that Russia will be frank to China for what happening in South China Sea. Soon you will see.

The problem will arise when China will become assertive with the artic... The chineses have no link what so ever with the artic... And I am sure they will do things. However the artic was is and will stay Russian. They better understand and accept it. I am sure that China will lobby the un to dispossesse Russia. How hypocritical for them...

Russia and China are both powerful countries and They are getting more and more powerful day by day but They are afraid of each other because they are located in same region and they share same ideal which is being a most powerful country in the world. They are competing in any area. If they unite fordemolishing united states' domination on earth, they can reach their goals as soon as possible.

Russia is concerned about the West (i.e the NATO). I don't think that "afraid" might be the right word here. On the other hand, I am sure that some of the NATO nations are really "afraid" of Russia, as evident from these comments:

https://www.theguardian.com/world/2016/may/18/west-russia-on-course-for-war-nato-ex-deputy-commander
https://warisboring.com/russia-needs-three-days-to-conquer-estonia-and-latvia-c2c2c660ea10
http://www.newsweek.com/counting-down-russian-invasion-baltics-414877

We don't see similar rhetoric from the Russian media. So it is clear that who is afraid of whom.

The Chinese not only Russia, and on the whole world is afraid. All shelves littered with cheap Chinese goods. For the economy of any country, China - is a serious problem. Russia is no exception

Russia and China have close to each other but sometimes close, sometimes not and no one of the parties that are afraid on of one them because actually both of them want to dominate the world.

It's funny, I don't agree...

Managing China is already a very intense task... and developing Russia is equally challenging... so what makes you believe that?

Well i think Russia doesn't afraid in china. This two giant county are in good relationship, they both love each others because they benefits to one another. So for me russia is not a type of country that will felt afraid to the country in which they were in the same level. They're the same powerfull countrymen. I think that they both afraid to one another so that's why their level of friendship will remains stronger.
