it's hard to quit gambling right away but it can be possible if you are really determined to quit and stop . it will be your best decision but if you found yourself having a hard time to quit you need to find some ways that could help you to do it so . it's like some other vices that you need to go through a few process so you won't astounded by the changes .

Well not all people are the same.. it is just like a cigarette i was trying to stop cigarette few months ago but instead of staying away to buy cigarette i can be still smell smoke from other friends which is it can be trigger me to smoke again..

I don't think it is such a big task to come out of this gambling habit because if a person decides to want to get out then, he/she can find many good ways. But if someone is forcing them to come out then it is an impossible job to do. Because we can't control one person always 24 hours so, they will find some ways to go and gamble again.

Yeah, right, I agree with that, as long as you don't have any access to the physical router, it's hard for you to hard reset it, I really do think that locking the router on the other room, like your brothers or your parents room could really prevent you from tweaking it. I saw some parents like that, they even lessen the bandwidth so you can't stream and just use it for researches.

I don't think it is such a big task to come out of this gambling habit because if a person decides to want to get out then, he/she can find many good ways. One cannot have control over another person over the entire time. It is possible only by having self control. There is no reason to get addicted when you can have control on yourself. Blocking gambling sites only brings bad effect to people who get addicted to gambling. I have the same opinion like @japinat. Try to teach yourself what is good and what is bad as well as control your behavior, your temper while gambling. In addition, finding new hobbies is also a good way because it help you to forget gambling. Sometimes, you may even get into them more than gambling,too

How sure would you be that "all" gambling sites are blocked in the router? New gambling sites are being launched every now and then and they are announced in this forum. I'm sure that you don't have some sort of script or some bot that keeps on checking on newly launched gambling site and then autoblocks them from your router. You can also search "how to access blocked sites" or something. There's a lot of flaws in this method.

I think having the discipline to quit gambling is the best way to see actual results and succeed.
