Seeking the help of other people means you are almost becoming sick because of your addiction... I would consider seeking the help of anyone when it comes to gambling addiction is when I already act like I have a bipolar... That for sure is noticeable and really needs to be taken care of seriously... But if you are just dealing with your addiction and still has an idea what's happening to you, you don't need them... It really takes time. It is hard to leave once you got addicted but there are lot of ways to get away from it. Yeah its a lot harder to quit immediately as your body may react negatively to the sudden change especially if you're already that addicted and been gambling everyday. Just like with any other addiction, the best way would be to lessen it little by little everyday so eventually you'd be accustomed to it and you won't be craving for that feeling of wanting to gamble. It pretty much the same as trying to quit smoking or quit being alcoholic. It would be very hard at the beginning but it would be worth all the effort if you succeed

Wow I just know there are people who quit their jobs just to gamble. If it was really there it would be foolish, because they sacrifice their source of income only for gambling. Maybe you're right we should have to have an awareness of mind control to quit gambling, especially if it is very addictive. Need help around so that people can control the mind to be aware of.

We always do make decision in the end, despite of the temptation if we are very strong on what we believe we will never be tempted, it's all about the faith. Therefore when we are in gambling, we need to be totally matured enough not to fall for the trap, if we get ourselves addicted, we might regret it for the rest of our life.

The best way I was able to do it was finding something else to do with life. I found a hobby and I only gamble once in a while, like once per two to three months. And when I do, I do not even play with my own funds. I play with faucets, I think it's the best way to earn something without investment. Although I didn't win much (only a few hundred bucks), I was able to quit my addiction which is amazing for me.

Gambling basically must be done occasionally, so you don't need to quit if you can do it.
But as a lot of people cannot hold their emotion to keep gambling constantly because of greedy nature.

Yup, if you are greedy then don't enter this gambling. This will spoil your life. If you can able to control your emotions in gambling, then you can play no problem. Many people will start gambling just for fun, but later on words, they will get addicted. Becasue of easy money. So my suggestion is to stop gambling is an addict to any other online mobile games. i think greedy is there in everyone, it is just the matter on how you cope with it.

Finding new hobbies and making friends can be considered as the best way to quit gambling for good. I have a friend who used to be addicted to gambling and now, he is a soccer player in a amateur club. He found out that soccer can help him to give up on gambling. With the help of his family, his friends and his girlfriend, he can finally stop gambling Currently, he feels happy to become a part of the soccer club

Knowing your limitation would really be an important thing to consider specially when you are playing gambling.Your limit of 10$ a day is considered as a small amount on most gambler and they wouldnt not be contented on that amount and they would continue even more just to get the aim amount.I wont really risk too much money on playing gambling because if you do such thing you will surely regret on the end.

true, it may be very difficult to stop gambling, but I think we can still reduce it by less frequent gambling. Well, it's just like smoke, you just need to limit it so that the game does not make you poor. Well, use principle, should not become poor because of trying to get rich.
