It will all start by your firm decision to stop. No matter how many people will give you advice, to influence you to stop or you will even go counseling just to stop but still there is a part in you that is still willing to gamble then there is no use. It will be your willingness and your own decision to stop because you find a reason to. It maybe your family, friends or loved ones that will be your reason to stop. If you could stay away then you should stay away because sometimes it is really hard to stay away from gambling if you have been addicted . I think that alot of people share the same thing with me and it is hard for them to quit as well but atleast everyone is trying their best. It won't help at all, you can just simply uninstall it for a while but later on you'll come back then install it again. Planning is a good first move but you need to have a strong implementation about it because many are failing in that stage, they've planned very well but still they can't help themselves to quit gambling for good. You must set that goal of quitting so that you can foresee yourself after quitting.
