When IOTA market cap hits the size of ETH (not very impressive tbh @ 1/10th the size of dropbox/bitcoin), it'll be 500btc per Ti. If/when real, large businesses start using IOTA, a $1bn market cap will seem tiny!

Careful not to offload your bags too early folks, some of the sell prices are crazy low despite the ROI imo... 25btc per Ti seems like madness. This isn't just another useless copycat, it could easily break out of the tiny little world of crypto into the REAL world of serious business.

I foresee much regret in a year or two for the sellers, my crystal ball looks clearer than ever  Tongue

If no one sells, no one new comes in. I am very happy to see sellers this early on. "hodling" is a bad strategy for an emergent economy.

Obviously most people will part with a few to hedge a profit, but I don't see how it harms the tech, its appeal or businesses use of it if the value is 50btc:1Ti or 500btc:1Ti? Business will plan on using it at its current value, which is better if it's stable, but doesn't really matter what the exchange rate is for this alien thing that they've never heard of. Obviously some more distribution is a good thing for stability, but the price that distribution happens at doesn't need to start low, if anything a strong market cap will help build more awareness and interest, so a bit of hodling for more reasonable prices after a bit more news seems good for everyone.

Obviously no one will listen to anything I say anyway, but I will enjoy quoting myself with an 'i told you so moment' when this project does start to show more of its true potential.

I gave 10% to foundation because I'm in for long term and I want to reap benefits, you want more like me surely? Wink

It's very simple: the more people (particularly developers) with an incentive to see IOTA grow, the higher likelihood does IOTA have of getting the first 'killer apps' up and running.

I have already talked to him. His IOTA is locked in an address that is currently holding more then 3.8Ti. I will not be able to send that out until they release the updated client that will allow to send from such an address. I've been told this will be possible early this week.

The pre sale offers have slowly crept up too close to where the likely opening price will be on exchange launch, so probably easier to just wait for it to go on there for most buyers now I think. I see offers still in #trading on slack, but they are all a bit too low to get picked up by sellers. Prob best for both sides to wait for exchanges now.

At this point everybody is likely waiting for exchanges. Bitcointalk OTC trading isn't anywhere near an efficient market, so it's a bit hasty to conclude no one is buying. Have patience and wait for exchanges friend.

15% is quite a lot. I would like to see that we come to a point were everyone knows about the recent state of matters regarding the Foundation and everybody that wants to donate was able to do so. Then we have a clear picture of where we stand and what is still missing and can mobilize more funds.

I understand alot of folks that already donated are hesitant to donate more as long as the "first round of donations" isn't accomplished.

Selling 1Ti, in 100Gi lots.  I'm willing to sell at 1.5BTC per 100Gi, or buy the whole lot for 14.25 BTC (5% discount!)

Escrow mandatory with Yassin or Seccour.

A Personal Quote on BTT from 2011:
"I'd be willing to make a moderate "investment" if the value of the BTC went below $2.00.  Otherwise I'll just have to live with my 5 BTC and be happy. :/"  ...sigh.  If only I knew.
