Sorry for your loss man, but 0.2 BTC a day with 4.5 BTC is seems a good profit for you but you went crazy and goes with 20x multiplier before it you betting with 5x multiplier with martingale strategy too for both multiplier. I can imagine how you feel it if you hit it but yeah it's too risky.

you lost because you first played martingale for 5x and then for 20x which is not mostly achievable, you lost due to your greediness , if you had tried to play on 2x or lesser profit game then you wont have been in such situation.

You should never play this much as gambling is sure way of loosing big money fast. This is another proof that it doesn't matter whether you have big bankroll or smaller it will take you to disaster. I can imagine OP used martingale in hope of getting all back in every next roll but that unfortunate thing happen which usually can be expected. Gambling should be played limited.
