Think your purpose of sharing it to them. For example, you want to share to your family and/or friends the things that you do during your free time or why are you so busy everytime you're in front of your PC. In other way, maybe share to them that you are earning online, and who knows they might be interested too. Start the discussion from there and think of easy ways to explain it step by step for them to understand it.

I experienced that situation to, happened to me also this problem how to know what is bitcoin. Maybe without knowing bitcoin is difficult to understand, Just explain one by one what bitcoin it is.

Yes !! I explain about BTC for them. But it's so new, probably needs more time.

i think you can try to explain to your family or your friends with demo and you can show how valued bitcoin in now and future, of course you telling with all you know about bitcoin, and you can tell what your main purpose with selling or buying bitcoin. i think you can explaining the global of bitcoin for first time, so they can follow your explain then you can tell them deep of bitcoin. many of us have same experiencing like you, and its only the matter of time they can understand what your explaining. good lucks for this bro.

for start, you can try to attract with the market on your local neighborhood. you can tell to them that bitcoin is like meat or something like that, and you can explain what will happen if the price of meat is up and down. something like that, you will find the right word to tell them.

I think it's best to just show them a video to explain what Bitcoin really is and try to find one from a source that they might have heard about.

LOL, we are the same man, my family arent familiar or not interested in the internet earning , they are not believing me that im earning money in the internet,last month They said to me that it is a waste of time, But now i bought a new phone with out asking a money from them. And now sadly they are suspecting me that it is from a illegal doings. Too sad i dont know how  they  will understand me

It is really difficult to me because in my country only a few numbers of people know about it even my a lot of friends don't know about the bitcoin, even they don't know that bitcoin is a name of currency.
When i ask my family member that you know what is bitcoin? and they simply reply NO.
I feel someone have no interest to know about the bitcoin. Then i explain it, it is a cryptocurrency and also it is a easiest and good way of earning.

I want them to trust me, and I did not do anything illegal with Bitcoin. It is the new currency, perhaps it will be popular soon.

It is easily explainable to my friends and family, even though none of them got into it.
I always say once you can't explain things in a easy way to others, you don't fully understand it yourself.

I tryed to explain it to my friends and they got the point about get paid from signatures, about bitcoin they got its online money similiar as paypal, where they can exchange at some places, usually exchanges are the best if you dont have a local trader.

A little bit hard, yes. My parents aren't using internet also but by that time I said that I have an online job, they do trust me and they were glad that I use internet in a good way. However, it's a different case because I don't need to explain them what is bitcoin. On the other hand, for my friends' side, when I told them that I earn online(by doing some online services, campaigns, social media) just during my free time, they became interested and asked me how. When you see that interest, you can start by then. I explained to them step by step and give some ways to earn. Well before, I started to teach them on faucets, that time claiming on faucets were really helpful. By this time, there are so many available ways and opportunities to earn so just choose where you want to start. And by the way, don't forget to show them some proof of your earnings and how you got it.
