Is it SCAM or not?

Very possible, but this kind of metal backed coin will hardly be successful, because the concept is tough to be done.
Very confusing whether will scam before launching?

Most important thing is that @niktitan132 is a bought account.

@niktitan132 used to be some poor Croatian kid:

Bought account = 99,(9)% SCAM!

Congratulations detective. You think that the project is scam because the account is bought. If it was newbie, what would you say? Would you say again that it is scam because the account is newbie?
A bought account don't mean that the project is scam. If you don't like our project or if you think that is scam just don't invest and stay away. We hear the same stories again and again for every ico project, Ethereum, Lisk, Waves etc. and they all still running with success and in higher price than their ico's (except Waves for now).
According to my experience, I repeat, bought account = 99,(9)% SCAM!.

What happened here?

Just FUD or true fact?
A sad and true fact. Do your ow research if you don't trust me. Ask for a refund before the scammers run away.

Where's the proof this is a purchased account?  Looking at the dev's trust.  It looks like this account has been his since at least December 2014.

You are either stupid or a sockpuppet. Scammers buy such accounts to show some trust, fake trust. Great example:

-snip-
My reputation is confirmed by my trust level, what about you?

Like he says: "Look I've got trust (fake) so no questions should be asked you are supposed to trust me."

EDIT: There are 3 trust records in his trust. Two are feedback from trusted members that THEY escrowed HIS trades. And one is that his faucet paid out 0.00100105 BTC. Very trusted member now I see that.

Please let the issue about bought account rest, I have following this since the issue about account and escrow was raised though the answer given buy the Decloud team was not that convincing as regard to escrow but they have not also denied buying this account. We know that crypto investment is all based on trust so if they can win the trust of people good luck to them.

You're the one whos too stupid to understand my post.  Let me explain it better for your ass to understand before you get all crazy and blow up like the person you are in my avatar.   He has a trust that states his name in it since December 2014.  Even if this account was purchased before December 2014.  It must of been just a member or full member account at the time of purchase, so does it even matter?  Anyways, where is your proof of the purchase?   Also, your attempts to discredit this project are lame.  So what if he participated in getting free btc.  He only posted "my username is: niktitan132"  I don't see that as begging for btc.   Yes, he also posted he lost a little amount of btc.  So what? money is money and he was probably just warning others about it also.  Take that hood off your head and you'll see better.  Peace.

If this account is bought, i am afraid this project will be LIR 2, scammers bought accounts to have ico. And then run away with fund.

You think that a Newbie account offers more reliability, than a bought Legendary account? Come on guys wake up. If someone plans to scam people, he will do it either with Newbie account either with Legendary. Project's founders don't have anything to win with bought accounts. They can only trick kids investors. The big investors (whales) don't even read the threads here. They make other kind of investigation about the project.

Have you had video calls with the dev, nik? I hope you had good talk before, and you have checked ihos info right?

Hi Dev, how come every time I update my account page on ico.declouds.com the statistics percentage of users deposits change?

First time:
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT 70% OF USERS DEPOSITED MORE THAN YOU!

second:
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT 85% OF USERS DEPOSITED MORE THAN YOU!

third:
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT 74% OF USERS DEPOSITED MORE THAN YOU!........

these statistics are false?

I also wanted to ask you why your declouds.com domain is registered as a private? If you put your names on the page "team" I do not understand why you hide them in the domain whois.

http://www.whois.com/whois/declouds.com

Registrant Name: Super Privacy Service c/o Dynadot

If you have nothing to hide it would be nice to remove the privacy to the domain.

If not increase the transparency I will have to ask back the ICO

I own a lot of domains and they are all registered private.  The reason is I want to keep my home address private.  Nothing shady about it.

Oh, man... Newbie or Legenday mean no thing. That rank is determined by postcount and time spent on the forum so basically any flooder is a trusted member (so am I) according to your theory. I've been here since January 2014 and have a Hero rank but it absolutely does not mean I can be trusted.

Why do scammers buy accounts? I repeat, there's only one reason: to show fake trust. There's simply no other reason. Legit projects just create a new account usually named "coin/project name" because they don't need to show that fake trust.

The hide their name on the website because they are fake names they tell us. Its a scam. Only invest in mining coins that are old and if you invest in a ico make sure the real identity of the developer is known and follow up on whats being told to you. Make sure the dev is as real as can be by doing your own research not just reading what the dev said because the dev is the one with a reason to lie.

Just for information: Domain privacy service is used in order to prevent spam.

When your name and contact information is visible in a WHOIS search, you are opening yourself to a great deal of spam. Many marketers will use this information to develop lists to sell to virtually any organization looking to mass email information. This allows marketers to develop niche mailing lists to sell for their own gains while subjecting you to unsolicited email.
