It is my duty to warn of this terrible behaviour. The people that side with you will get burned. The people that side with me won't. Once again time will tell and people will understand what I'm trying to do here.

You are a stupid little man, a common slanderer!

Your duty is to inform the cryptocurrency community about new projects you backbiter fool!

You managed to destroy your site and your reputation.
You should apologize for your behavior to everyone!

good news

Bounty Payments will be done in Bitcoins
All bounties will be paid in bitcoins!
This way we are avoiding the risk of high volatility when deClouds hits the exchanges with the majority of bounty hunters dumping their deClouds.
We are ensuring that deClouds tokens are staying in the hands of those who are willing to wait and trade with their tokens and not sell them to purchase bitcoins and never buy deClouds again.
It’s the best solution for everyone, deClouders will certainly buy deClouds and dumpers will be gone for good.
So that’s the best way to ensure the stability of deClouds token when it enters the exchanges!
New & Improved Site
A new and improved deClouds Site is under construction with new features and layout.
The site will be online at late September.
Thank you and we’ll see you in the Slack Channel.

Are you deCloud PR? Paying on bitcoin is good, it can avoid the dump pressure, really good idea. By the way, how about the decloud bounty program coins? Distribute to ico investors or reserve by the dev team?

No he is not our PR. The total bounty coins are 4.000.000! When ICO ends we will calculate the final deClouds price of the token, which will result from the total investments.
Let's give an example: if someone is entitled from bounties 1000 deClouds tokens and the final price of the coin is 0.01$ , that means he will receive 10$ (1000*0.01) in bitcoins (with the current rate 0.0171468 btc). These bounty tokens will reserved by deClouds team. It's like we buy your deClouds tokens with bitcoins. So we will prevent the dumpers to make bad in our token.

The issue I have will this is, The Bitcoin payment is it going to be deducted from the ICO fund or from the pocket of the developers

Do you have proof of this because that is a very big deal if you do. Or are you just a common troll? At dev, is your account brought for this project?

So you are gonna use ICO funds (from investors for development and buying metals) to increase you own holdings?! Combined with your pump and dumps and unreliable escrow this is obviously a scam

i have asked several times  several questions that need to be answered before investors adopt this coin.
and as normal the Dev is ignoring my questions. that is not good for investors of a new coin to get directly ignored simply because the question im asking is uncomfortable to answer.
as this coin is trying to merge into the crypto world and it is advertising it is backed by precious metals.
looking for proof of the backing is normal or it is simply backed by a picture of precious metals and the devs idea of precious metal backing is a picture  on a webpage.
 proof of backing is required

sorry but we need always some time in order to answer any question.

1. after sucesfull ICO we’ll be registering a UK company with financial license
2. the nessesary amount of metals will be stored by UBS Bank (SWITZERLAND)

first you need to have a successful ICO ?
so i can presume that with the funds of that ICO you would be buying the Precious metals?
if the ICO is not fully successful the the metals are not going to be bought correct?

yes, correct the first we need to have successful ICO, if not the funds will be refunded to users.

Practically your launch is for the other people to buy at a higher then reasonable price your self invented crypto currency
your actual backing by precious metals are= you have none on any of those precisou metals
the picture on your OP represents 4 main precious metals that you do not have
selling your coin in a so called ICO and using some of the profits or proceeds to buy a small amount of precious metals
putting those metals "if you actually buy them and if you actually put them in a bank and all of this only if your ICO goes well.
in plain words your only backing is for others to send you cash so you can hold their money and do what you think is best ,when and where and how you want to.!

starting a OP with full deception is not a good idea

And i thought this was enough to raise suspicion from the start.

Sorry but one guy wants to sell you a service which you can accept or not.

The problem is that you admit to giving access to insider information about planned pumps and dumps. First this is SO far from the decentralized crypto world ethics and theory that you probably would not understand.
Second, insider information and deliberate pumps and dumps are ILLEGAL in all markets except for crypto.

It is pathetic. Your vision is flawed and you are just trying to make a quick buck. People here will invest their money to play your lottery of when it's going up or when it's going down. And since it is a zero-sum game you know who will win.

Pumps and Dumps it's a normal behaviour for every cryptocurrency even for bitcoin.Show me one cryptocurrency that hadn't pumps and dumps.

organized by its creators  that give secret access about when they would happen? lol . you have no idea what fair and decentralized mean do you? you are playing a very modern wolf of wall street game in your mind.

You think that there is real decentralization? You need to know that money is the power and whoever has the most money can control many situations.Even the decentralized crypto currency industry.
Yes decentralization has some benefits, but pumps and dumps are not two of them. It can organized by anyone who has a lot of money without creators know anything.

This gets more ludicrous by the minute - cannot believe the actual developers are talking about pumping and dumping there own coin when raising a crowdfund.

No real whitepaper - check

The whitepaper (I can merely call it a whitepaper) is utter bullshit with no technical details. And according to that whitepaper the decentralized cloud system is, I quote, a group of nodes ordered by geolocation.
You can find more nonsense in this 'whitepaper': https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B8VJa9S_WxSSSHJhN0o0QkVPN1E

Unrealistic - check
The devs want to deliver: a) CLOUD-BASED BLOCKCHAIN b) DECENTRALIZED TRADING / STOCK MARKET c) FLEXIBLE PLUG-IN SYSTEM within 1 fucking month!
Read more about the key features: https://web.archive.org/web/20160818041108/https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1552176.0
Also custom tokens, smart contacts, and other (see  whitepaper 3. CORE FEATURES).

Ethrereum is a half of it and it took 30M USD and 2 years of development to create such a system. All these things declouds devs are gonna develop with 300 BTC and one dev. Fucking genius!

So let's conclude: declouds is no ordinary but bad-prepared scam. Well, scammers you evolve so do I...

What do you do if you invested?
1) Ask for a refund (you will likely need to be REALLY persistent to get it)
2) Be smarter next time and do your own research.

ALSO: Refundable ICOs now must be a good practice. Welcome to the world's first refundable ICO (AntShares): https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1571738.0
