Although I personally don't think so, we all know that actually the altcoin market is totally unpredictable, even more than ordinary markets, so I would not deny that possibility in case of a new crisis or scandal in the bitcoin ecosystem.
of course bitcoin will never go down under 400 dollars, that would be too crazy in my opinion because a lot of people would be selling their coins in order to lose less money during the dump The bitcoin will stay above $500 in the foreseeable future. Bitcoin price will also rise when it becomes more popular. |

I would like to think that such low price will be almost impossible to see again, but I am also aware that in these current volatile conditions almost everything is possible and there would be needed several adverse, but not unlikely scenarios to return to that levels.

I totally agree with this but. We will never know what will for the next year. We saw the effect of halving. And i hope it continue to rise. |

I think it is still possible for the price to go lower than $400, you are right, because of volatility.. But if it goes that low, I think it will just bounce back to its price above $500 in short time...Lets just hope that price right now would go on for a little long and won't slip or if it fall drastically, for sure there is a big reason... |

I think it is still possible for the price to go lower than $400, you are right, because of volatility.. But if it goes that low, I think it will just bounce back to its price above $500 in short time...Lets just hope that price right now would go on for a little long and won't slip or if it fall drastically, for sure there is a big reason... no it is not possible to go below $400 anymore. it seems like you are forgetting the history. let me remind you of what happened before. http://www.coindesk.com/price/#2015-10-15,2016-07-17,close,bpi,USDbitcoin price reached $400, 9 months ago and it became stable above $400 in about 1 month of volatility. now here is the important part: nothing could decrees the price majorly, even the Hearn FUD about bitcoin could only break the $400 resistance for about a short week. now do you really think anything can be strong enough to cause such a dump in bitcoin to go down $250 first and break the resistance that nobody could break before!!! besides the $600 is the same resistance just like $400 in early 2016 |

Possible but I don't think that it would be there for long, and if it goes down, I don't think too that it would be very fast. Besides, at 4600+ it is almost not moving down and just keeps coming back up, just like what Pursuer said, it's almost like a repeat of the $400+ when the price was there, it is almost hard for the drama to pull it down. |

I do not think that we are ever going to be at $400 again, we have passed that amount some time ago so for us to go back would not be progress.
I am not saying that it is impossible I am only saying that likely will not happen.
I agree with that. The $400 is history now. The price will rise to $1000 or higher in the next 6 to 12 months. Yeah I think we will not see the price of $400 now, as price is increasing gradually so we can expect higher price in coming months, hopefully it will cross $1k mark very soon. I think the price of bitcoin could reach $1000 at the end of this year or early next year. But it depends on adoption. It just depends on whether or not the whales on Chinese giant exchanges OKCoin and Huobi are ready to pump Bitcoin to the thousand. Back in 2013 when the price got manipulated by MtGox and hyped up due to media attention, it reached $1000 without much effort. And back then there were far less people into Bitcoin compared to now. I do not think they will. The Chinese are the big miners. They are people who dump and push down the price. Even if price falls then I don't think it will go to that low price of $400, as price is rising slowly now so may be we can see some higher price in next few months. Yeah, now the price once again has started to increase and if the price did not crash after halving then it means then there is now no any chance for it to crash down, now the price will increase more higher due to the halving effect. |

I hope will not happen again and I believe it will not go below that price anymore. I have already invested when the price was still $500 so as of now I am already in profit but I have a strong hands and my plan is only to dump it. |
