Afaik, the percentage will change after you wager 1%, so you need to wager at least 30mbtc before the percentage start to increase. The bet amount per bet is not really important, I was betting only with 1mbt/bet and the percentage shown at 1% after more than 30bets.

Well you might be right but I'm not sure how's the percentage on their games, today was playing with slots and blackjack also with roulette was up to 83% but sadly I've lost all which is total 300 mBTC.
