I'd be an ecstatic shovel buyer, had I the good sense to ignore both US vaporware shovel vendors and invest in the allegedly amateurish Chinese shovel vendors last fall. Those shovel buyers are now buying moar shovels off the profits gained from their first shovels.

I can answer this one at least definitively. This is due to the fact that Sonny Vleisides, an officer at BFL, is in fact the very same convicted thief and has admitted as much publicly...just search. I also keep an eye on ASICMiner and Avalon threads, and while there was something to monitor I also watched BTCFPGA threads. So what? This *IS* a BTC forum after all, and this *IS* the mining speculation sub-forum.
