Pretty much saw this coming, as new bank accounts weren't able to be linked and marking Chase cash deposits was denied, well in advance of the FinCEN guidance that just came out.

Saying that you don't trust someone because of their behavior is completely valid.
Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.
