That is the stupidest thing I heard in quite a while.. especially if one considers the fact that you can often buy "old" bitcointalk accounts with a hight reputation and trust level.
At least with this offer I can not see that it is such an "obvious scam".. Why would one offer a minimum of 10 Euro, like a kind of test buy, if you plan on taking the money and run? that wouldn't make sense..one can do that once or twice and make 20 Euro.. which would hardly be worth the effort.
did you try to buy some btc from BTC-Sales and got scammed? or are you just makeing wild accusations based on nothing??

Im a newbie too and also offered today to another user on bitcointalk to sell him/her bitcoins, does that make me a scam too? ..because i didnt spend first a couple of years posting on a bitcoin forum??

there is always a risk involved if you do business with strangers over the internet.. especially when it comes to bitcoin related activities and that has hardly anything to do with being a newbie or having a good reputation. of course the risk is higher if you deal with someone without a reputation, but everyone who has a good reputation started as a newbie once!

And what's your problem with "cheap fees" do you sell bitcoins too BUT for a much higher fee? and are spreading now fud because you don't want to loose customers?? I think 2%-4% is a pretty fair fee and i'd be rather suspicious with offers demanding 10-20% fees!

You are obviously a child for boldly accusing random people of being a scam!

If you want to raise the awareness that people shouldn't blindly trust any offer they come across (which would be fine) than open your own post but don't spam other peoples posts with your baseless accusations!

This is a legit offer involving a money transfer to an european Bank Account, which makes any kind of scam way harder than paypal, westernunion or simimilar money processor offers!!
In addition to that, every buyer can just start with a 10 Euro order to gain the necessary trust for ordering higher amounts!!

And a 2% fee is fair! Not cheap! Suspicious would be 1% or less, or no fee at all (or not stating clearly an exact fee in the first place!),

If you are not a scammer -

1) You need to accept Escrow, especially as a newbie.  There is forum Escrow list here :

2) Please post a signed message from the bitcoin address holding all the bitcoin you have for sale.

3) I bet you wont do either of the above

4) Get lots of negative trust, scrap your account then re-register and try a new scam.

It's just a stranger with good reputation on this forum who is willing to be a middleman.  Their only claim to legitimacy is "forum trust", but remember that "forum trust" is worth exactly $0.00 if he vanishes on you (e.g. dies, steals the btc, etc.).

So if you plan on doing lots of business, you'd be better off with an actual legitimate company or law firm to act as escrow/trustee.

Firstly the definition of "Escrow"
 
   "a bond, deed, or other document kept in the custody of a third party and taking effect only when a specified condition has been fulfilled."

So it is true Escrow.

Secondly-

1) Who the hell is going to use a "law firm" for trading small amounts of bitcoin.  It would have to be huge trade to justify the cost.

2) Why would a "legitimate company" be any more trustworthy than someone like OgNasty who has provided Escrow services for large amounts of bitcoins with years of history and zero problems.  I would rather trust some like OgNasty than some fly by night internet escrow service.
