Bitcoin itself is a thing for need and a solution for removing poverty, so try to teach all of the poor people to earn money with bitcoin, if they do not have access to internet then donate some bitcoins to them to provide an internet connection and make them rich also.

I have seen bitcoin be using many times in the donation websites, also few users here use bitcoin for charity. For example, bitcoincharity.org aka donatemedia accepts bitcoin for donation, few members also wear signature here.
Bitcoin is spread everywhere and accepting donations on bitcoin is fantastic.
I think it is a good idea to give bitcoins in charity as this will bring bitcoin some good name as many people are under wromg impression that bitcoin is mostly used in illegal activities or in dark market.on a second thought what good would bitcoin do to any charity organisation if we donate them some?bitcoin orice is unstable. If I donate 1000$ worth of bitcoin today and btc price fall after my donation,The charity i donate btc to would suffer loss

I can't argue that bitcoin should be used for good causes like charity and such, but let's face it - there's little response for noble causes compared to less noble ones.
Recent articles about political parties starting to use bitcoin to fund their campaigns on the other hand.. that's where things will erupt...
i think if we donate bitcoin just on thinking to help to the poor people i that that is the best action to do. bot for this we cannot believe on every organization and they my not give the donation to the needy people infact.

That's true but I don't think normal users who are working really hard to earn bitcoin will believe in charity and will prefer to donate their hard earned coins.

Yes it's very true many people don't like charity because of the price, Bitcoin price is always changing and people are not earning enough money to pay charities, even through faucets now days people are earning only maximum 200 sats that is very low due to price increases the faucets owners are reducing earning.Because of these they need earn minimum 10000sats it is taking more than 2 to 4 days.BTC

OP, that must be a very old article, because Barclays has joined ranks with the E3 group of banks, and they are backing other Alt coins like ETH or some shit like that. These corporate entities do not care about poverty, they created it, with their fractional reserve banking and scrupulous lending practices. ^hmmmmm^

this is a great idea and it think there is already a lot of places that are accepting donations for charity and helping those in need there is a list of them on wiki: https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki/Donation-accepting_organizations_and_projects although i only see one charity there.
but also google brings up good results https://www.google.com/search?q=donate+bitcoin+to+charity and you may want to research about any of them before donating to see if they are legit or not.

also there is this Donate Bitcoin to the American Red Cross - BitPay

unicef doesn't accept bitcoin though!!

also http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/36273/bitcoin-accepted-charities-or-organizations

Weak hands have been complaining about missing out ever since bitcoin was $1 and never buy the dip.
Whales are those who keep buying the dip.

that is not such a difficult job. because bitcoin is your assets and you can use your assets for helping the needy people. if they cannot receive it directly you can exchange it with fiat money and can indirectly help them through bitcoin.

There are lots of helping hands in bitcoin community, especially those who have enough to donate.

I saw this thread yesterday here in the forum https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=351789.0
Bitcoin Omega Scholarship, it aims to give scholarship to the low-income kids on Africa through bitcoin. The idea was great imo, and the plan is good as well since you'll be having an update with the kids. There have been sponsors who did pledge, but sadly it seems that the plan will not proceed anymore.
There used to be a lot more projects here revolved around charity and it seems like most of them just went away (just a personal observation).
Sure, there still are some projects, but they don't even come close to the attention that charity projects used to get here.

true, that if bitcoin's getting received by the company and the entire people for sure it will be very positive impact to the growth of the bitcoin and also it will encourage all companies or entrepreneurs to use the bitcoin as one payment
