I use win 7, 32, and if I use chrome, I can't see the scrollbar too, although I can navigate using page up and page down, it is quite inconvenient, though. Problem solved if you use mozilla, the scrollbar will reappear. |

Problem solved if you use mozilla, the scrollbar will reappear. I can confirm that I have no problems browsing the website using Mozilla Firefox. (53.0.2 version - Windows 10 - 64bit) as well. |

I am not able to withdraw my btc from my wallet. It gives me an error "Unable to verify if address correct." and I tried my other bitcoin addresses too but still it gives me the same error. Please let me know what's the issue.

I use liqui often because of their good service but something disturbs me a lot on Ukrainian internet history of fraud. No law binds them either. Most of the piratebay guy found Ukraine their safe haven at a time, It took US a lot work to break into their dormain. I benefited so much from the torrent site but i am worried on the security and intergrity of a 7 man team in ukraine, Just anything can happen. Anything reassuring that oppose my opinion?

Looks like Chrome problem so, I tried to find a solution however can't find nothing to solve. Thank you guys! I don't use chrome. It works fine on Firefox and Edge browser. Try changing user agent in chrome (download a extension for changing it) and check if it works on Firefox user agent. If it works then it's a problem with Liqui website code. And if it still doesn't work, it's your chrome at fault. |

The problem got solved and I was able to withdraw my funds within an hour. However, the DDoS attack was scary and fortunately, the Liqui staff managed to overcome the issue. I'm still scared of this occurring again as exchanges are prone to hacks.  |

I tried to withdraw Wetrust and the withdrawal fees was 10 trst which is really a big amount and what disappointed me is that it is still not showing in my wallet after 10 hours,i opened up a ticket but they said you need to wait ,but i would like to know about the high withdrawal fees ,why is it we have to pay this big an amount as transaction fees for withdrawing the coins,is it a policy you will be planning to continue because i saw the same fees when it comes to Matchpool i had to pay 5 GUP as transaction fees. Side Note: glad you are not having doge ,if not i had to pay 1330 doge for every transaction according to the rate you are charging other coins.  EDIT: it is more than 30 hours and still could not find a solution . EDIT 2: more than 52 hours and still not settled.what is going on,the support staff promised that they will settle within 12 hours ,18 hours ago.Really disappointed with the way things have gone. EDIT 3: more than 76 hours have passed and still i am waiting for the coins,what is happening fellows,when will i get the coins,really frustrating. EDIT 4:Finally settled after 4 days. |

I have a serious issue and support is not getting back to me. Accidentally pressed yes when it asked if I'm a US citizen (which I'm not and had already confirmed earlier.. didn't expect to be asked again) and since then I can't trade BCAP and nobody is getting back to me while price keeps dropping. Poor first impression.

i made an ANT deposit that was never credited. Been at it with support for 2 days, with no progress, not sure what to do. Seems like a scam at this point, i sent the txids and now support says it has been credited which is a blatent lie.
