Also, due to all of these exchange issues I am seeing all over the place, not just with liqui, I will probably use Bancor to exchange eth tokens back to eth whenever I need to do that. I don't want these exchanges to lose my money anymore. Encourage everyone to bypass these exchanges anytime you can. The link below shows how you can trade BNT back to ETH using the Bancor smart contract alone (no exchanges!). In the future, many more tokens will be supported.

I was not particularly a fan of Bancor before this. Now, because of my fear of losing more eth at exchanges, I am definitely interested.

These exchanges need to learn that there are consequences to bad customer service.

P.S.: The lone example of a great exchange, amongst all the bad ones (in my experience) is Gemini, which has always resolved my issues promptly, even during periods of high activity. Props to Gemini for their focus on great customer service. Only wish they supported more currencies.

Update... after 5 days, Liqui resent my transaction and I have my ether now.

I just wish they were more upfront and communicated earlier on about what the issues were (and also wish they batch updated all the tickets with this information).

But at least I got my ether back, so credit to Liqui should be given for that. I hope the others who have this issue have the same positive resolution.

Liqui is not yet 1 year old yet their trading volume is 3,000 to 6,000 btc daily. Big updates are coming as mentioned earlier. I hope all tickets are addressed well. I withdrew all my tokens this morning. Everything went smoothly! 
I will maybe come back to liqui when it will be possible to see my trades history.
So many bugs on liqui! It is a pity! It decreased my trust level. Better to go for now.
