I replied to the ticket again which again opened the ticket. I sent few more tickets, they won't reply on ANY of them, nor in twitter, nor here in the forum, nor anywhere else I tried! Be careful they are scamming people!

Yeah, makes me think twice to use it now. Reminds me of yobit, except they have always fixed things at the end.

Please set up normal price to withdraw Ethereum-based tokens. It's not seriously to withdraw with $3 or $7 fee because the same tokens'  withdraw fee on other Exchanges is about 0,001-0,01

I saw your fees for withdrawal and got a shock! Why such predatory fees for withdrawal? For example:

Wings - 5
Edgeless - 5
Trust - 10
TaaS - 1
Humaniq - 10

But this is about the majority of 2-5 dollars. But almost all tokens on other Exchanges have withdrawal fee from 0,001 to 0,01
Have a conscience, it takes about 30 cents to take gas fee for ethereum-based tokens!

This is a result of my WINGS withdrawal from LIQUI:
Gas Price: 0.000000023153929287 Ether (23.153929287 Gwei)
Gas Used By Txn: 37361
Actual Tx Cost/Fee: 0.00086505395209 Ether ($0.32)

32 cents! But LIQUI got fee from me 5 WINGS, it was about $ 4-5 at that moment.

I get "lost" when i was trying to found out what was happend to a "Buy" order of mine.

I have an issue too with three withdraw there are never credit to the destination. (2 withdraw waves and 1 withdraw RCL).

IOU

IOU market is about trading coins purchased by traders in the ICO and that so far have no own network. Until recently there has been no possibility to trade such tokens (no network – deposit/withdrawl doesn’t work). But Liqui team has found a solution: when a trader/investor participates in ICO indirectly but through our platform (all transaction IDs are of course provided to developers’ wallets) – we can credited the balance of the relevant coin to them once the crowdsale is over!

Therefore, trading begins hours after ICO and there’s no need to wait until coin developers release the network (which often takes months). Or you can just keep the tokens on the balance (like it happens in any ICO) and once the network has been released – withdraw them. When the network is ready – IOU flag disappears from the relevant pair and then this pair functions as an ordinary coin.

So true. I just withdrew all my bitcoins and some alts about three weeks ago in Liqui. I don't like how they are most of the time ignoring tickets. I think they respond to ticket 1 out of 5 ratio. Also the withdrawal fees are way too high than most exchanges with higher volume.

Liqui deposit/withdrawal options are not working on Firefox and IE browsers. I deleted all the cookies and cache files and still couldn't manage to get my deposit address on these two browsers. It's only working on Chrome. Please check this.

I am agree with the withdraw fees... !!! They are really high... !!! 5BAT or 5EDG for a withdraw ... !!! That's begin to be crazy !!! I hope they will back to normal fees quickly.

I opened a ticket on the support and on telegram and i still waiting an answer since 8 days now. I am quite happy and I like your exchange, but you need to be more reactive on the support :-/ !
