I hope Maintenance! But, if they do MAINTENANCE why doesn't inform people!
So trade in Liqui and doesn't move to another account, wallet! NOT PROFESSIONEL!
Admin came for 30 min and said that it's maintenance and then left again. Already 5h processing, I see that some guys are getting their ETH assets out of there, but BTC is still stuck. .... liqui worked just fine fir me. I had 3330 mgo and I have withdraw those to my mew. it appears within minutes. I do not know about other coins though. but it worked for my MGO

Looks like the biggest issues are with BTC. And some tokens, not all, but some! 11h, still "Processing" my withdrawal. |

I have a problem with the withdrawal OAX nearly 20 ETH. I withdrawed from 21 August to now, Still not receive in my address wallet. I sent a ticket #8157 and waited 2 days but nobody in Liqui.io team reponse my email.Check the TX ID but no transaction entry. What's the matter with Liqui.io ? Is it a scam ? I'm so affair it.

I waited nearly 3 days. But nothing in my wallet and no TX ID. I sent 2 tickets but nobody support me. It's so very bad and I'm so disappointed now. I need the answer for my ticket. You can deposit into liqui.io but when you withdraw, you never can do it? Is it equal ? |

Got my btc in my wallet today and finally after 2 days the problem was solved. However, the telegram and support channels do not respond to tickets but I am glad that the money was sent. These delays are too much to handle but I noticed that altcoins are sent faster than btc withdrawals.

Fast - nope. Been waitin for 24 hours now for ma TaaS withdrawal to "process".
Secure - feeling not so secure anymore.
Anonymous - Identification needed on most exchanges.
Oh well.

This error keeps popping up but you don't need to worry as if you try again to click the button or sign out and login again, the withdrawal goes through. Their Cancel option doesn't work which is the worst part. When my btc withdrawal was delayed, I couldn't cancel mine too and had to wait for 48 hours to get my money in my wallet. |

It's been 8 Hours and 48 Minutes : - They didn't answer my ticket (use their Official Support section with FreshDesk) - I still didn't receive my withdraw of 2.1 BTC - But they did moderate the TrollBox with my Unique Message to complaint about this, and BAN me from the TrollBox. This start to be extremely scary.... and fishy, I hope I'm wrong. |
