Liqui.io Support: Withdraw request #218892 not showing TXID in the Blockchain, Amount: 2.11 BTC. I'm worried it's usually instant. I also send Ticket using your support with FreshDesk

It's been 8 Hours and 48 Minutes :

- They didn't answer my ticket (use their Official Support section with FreshDesk)
- I still didn't receive my withdraw of 2.1 BTC
- But they did moderate the TrollBox with my Unique Message to complaint about this, and BAN me from the TrollBox.

This start to be extremely scary.... and fishy, I hope I'm wrong.

check on your withdrawal page, did you get the TX ID but invalid ? if you do that TX id might be skipped by their system and they need to manually push it into blockchain.

I heard it takes 2-4 days to process it , I wouldn't worry much because I am pretty sure Liqui is legit.

Exactly, I have a TX ID but it's Invalid.
I already emailed the team..... it's been 9 Hours, no answer.

I'm also pretty sure Liqui is legit, but still this is always pretty scary.

Yeah everyday they are having problems with withdrawal but it always got fixed, stay calm, it might take days for invalid TX ID , but hopefully they can fix it ASAP.

Well this is just completely unacceptable to wait days, we're trading... Our balance is king and the most important commodity.
They are taking 0.3% of 4000 BTC / days in fee so they must have a team to deal with that kind of issue in matter of hours during their regular business hours.

I will stay away from this platform and start to open my own topic if not fixed till the end of the day.

Yes I know withdrawal can be stressfull if it's taking too long, but for now we just have to wait for them to fix it. nothing we can do.

I finally have their TXID in the Blockchain, but it took 14 Hours.

Now total waiting time is around 18 Hours and:

- Nobody answer my ticket and follow-up with me (and I use their online support system like a good boy: https://liqui.freshdesk.com/support/)
- They use LockTime and Cheapest Fee meaning my Transaction is in the Limbo and will take forever.

Since I start complain about them I will confirm all is OK when it's 100% confirmed.

But this is really not serious, I'm out of Liqui.io Exchange... except if they answer me with some sort of explanation and apologize and confirm it won't happen again.

PS: During the same period I was able to do 2-3 return on HitBTC for larger amount in less than 15 minutes each time, this is my new exchange for now, I'm loading up on TFL and it's the only place to buy this token with EtherDelta at the moment.

But because wait 14 Hours in was not enough, they use "LockTime" and "Low Transaction Fee"

They are clearly trading with our coins and running shady deals and thats the reason for no response to all complaints.
I'm clearly staying off and sharing this page to all groups, twitter, steemit and on youtube about this scam operation.
Stay away form this exchange its a no brainer of scam.

I think they pay but they are daamn too slow in paying.
They are not scam but behaves like scam, Large money kept on this exchange is a foolish act.

I suggest you guy to use btc.com to speed up the confirmation numbers, but you need to pay fee for that.

Yes patience in crypto world is one of the most important quality I am joking... just joking...

The fee satoshi/byte 251.124 sat/B is not low, just from yesterday blockchain is already full. Add a tx request an high tx fee

BTW with 451-480 sat/B is the minimum for a tx confirmed with next block (around 10 minutes).

The withdrawal fee in Liqui is 0.0015BTC and in your transaction the fees are 0.001675BTC (a little higher than the liqui fee)

But in this case the size is a bit high because there are 4 input addresses which increased the size and that's why it's still unconfirmed.

But the payment method is alipay from china ,so I dont know if you can do that .

I'm having a big problem with Liqui right now. Accepting deposits - no problem. But withdrawal - BIG PROBLEM.

I needed to withdraw today, ETH, very simple. Transaction went from 'pending' to 'completed', however nether my wallet, nor Tx Id can confirm it. In fact, Tx Id says transaction doesn't exist. Support doesn't respond at all.

DID YOU STEAL MY COIN? Or you're using my money for short pump and dump sales??? I request that you IMMEDIATELY complete the txn or return the missing ETH (over 14 ETH) to my wallet by any means!!!
