So expected na sa peso wallet papasok yung withrawal from hitbtc na bitcoin and receiving na din kagabi sa peso wallet nya. Pero nung pumasok eh sa btc wallet na account yung funds. Db po dapat sa peso wallet papasok. |

malaki na din po kasi ngayon yung average fee para maconfirm agad ng miners yung transaction mo. kung mababa yung kukunin ng coins.ph as fee para sa mga miner's masyado matagal aabutin yung transaction natin bago maconfirm, ayaw naman siguro natin abutin ng ilan linggo bago maconfirm di ba? |

baka kaya nawala yung easiest way para mag chat dahil baka nababastos ung iba nilang staff kasi para ka lang nasa isang chat box non e , unlike ngayon parang mas mganda pa ngayon dahil direct na ang nangyayare kung may rereport ka mag kiclick ka lang nandon na ung mga possible na report . |

Oo nga, sobrang taas pero ganun din naman halos sa ibang exchange. Sobrang taas pa nga sa kanila. Tingin ko reasonable naman ang fee sa coins.ph dahil in btc pa rin naman ang fee. Tumaas lang ang value nito vs dollars kaya ang pakiramdam natin mataas ang fee pero totoo naman  sobrang sakit sa bulsa kung iisipin mo marami ka ng pwedeng mabili sa 500 - 800 na transaction fee. Pero let's face the reality na lang din, dahil patuloy ang pag-angat bitcoin vs dollar patuloy ang pagtaas ng fee nito in php./ |

May kilala akong nagtratrabaho sa coins.ph. Nagshift sila to zendesk para mas ma-streamline nila yung process ng customer service. At saka lalo ng dumami ngayon ang gumagamit ng coins.ph gawa ng pagtaas ng presyo neto. Dati ng nagpaverify ako siguro after a few hours lang ok na pero sa dalawa kong na refer inabot ng 2 days yung queue nila sa pagconfirm pa lang ng level 2 upgrade. |

That's given that if you are about to send outside coins.ph your bitcoins, they are just depending to the fee that was given by the miners. They don't cover or predict the fee. During these times, I don't intend to send someone any amount. It's like waiting for the storm to calm. |

Receiving payments to your peso wallet from another Coins.ph account

Converting bitcoin to pesos < ===== BAGONG RULES
It means we cannot convert all our BTC to PHP when BTC reach a new ALL TIME HIGH since there are 400k limit.
Currently my Limits are 400k daily cash in.. But other people who are also a level 3 verified account got a limit of 400k MONTHLY Cash in limit.
This is the worst thing that happen in coins.ph they are basically taking our BTC hostage when BTC reach a good price. time too look for new alternative

Maiintindihan ko ang first 3 rules, pero bakit isinama pa ang 4 eh hindi ka naman actually nag-cash-in pag nagconvert ka kasi anjan na naman yan sa account mo at the first place. Halimbwang nagcash-in ako sa bitcoin wallet ko tapos kinonvert ko to peso (at a certain time), so counted as dalawang cash-ins na yun? Ugh. Any reason why do they had this sudden change? |

Malaki ang effect nyan sa mga HODLERS ng btc sa coins.ph hindi sila basta makaka profit sa buy/sell function ng coins.ph kasi hold up sila sa 400k daily convert limit. |
