Just an advice, don't rely on their status page especially at EgiveCash. It means operational ang EgiveCash pero di natin alam if may problem sa system mismo. Marami ang naabala last time.

Actually, you can see whether the system is fully functional or not on their status page. Of course, there will be a difference if the ATM has no more money in it. If you compare the 2 screenshots you will notice the difference. That system is covered all of their ATM in the Philippines, so won't I rely on it?

sino pa ba may gustong mag withdraw sa egivecash e puro naman sira ang system nila at yung ATM puro offline naman para sa egivecash. Nakakapagod na hehe...

nakarecieve ako ng extra verification sa coins.ph pero may problema ako sa financial documents, di ko alam kung ano ipapakita ko kasi wala naman talaga akong work IRL, yung business ko naman ay computer shops na maliliit lang kaya walang DTI permit. Ano masusuggest nyo na documents ang madaling kuhanin?

DTI permit 500 pesos lang for brgy level or city scope registration, same day mo din makukuha yun. tapos kuha ka ng barangay business permit, pwede na ganyang requirements kapag small time business.

May ibang option pa ba bukod sa DTI permit? Medyo malayo kasi samin ang DTI branch kaya kailangan maagang maaga palang nakapila na para makakuha ng permit e maliit na shops lang naman.

Looks like you missed the recent problem.

EgiveCash status is Operational on their Status but the whole system isn't. Marami ang naapektuhan nyan recently. So anong silbi na Operational ang status niya sa coins.ph status page if wala rin patutunguhan ang trinansact? Since Operational ang nakalagay marami ang nag attempt to make an EgiveCash withdrawal but ended up nganga. After massive problems, they changed it now to Major Outage which is now late.

You think hindi pare parehas ang problem nung mga di naka withdraw? Walang pera lahat ng machine or something? General ang nangyari di lang sa certain machine.

Tanong ko lang sir, pano kung yung business permit e dalawa naka pangalan,halimbawa e magkasosyo sa pangalan yung magkapatid sa barangay business permit tapos yun ang gagamit upon verification, matatanggap kaya yon?

You just have to submit a supporting document na kapatid mo or ni user iyong nasa business permit.

Luckily I received an email from the coins staff less than an hour and they were able to solved it. I was able to get my money before noon at the same day.

Basically, all the issues are coming from the security bank as they were making upgrades it affected their system ( they should maybe start firing out their developers sorry).

Ok so EgiveCash is quiet unstable. Pero sa case na shinare sa taas, mas light pa yan. No need to wait for several days.

Mas malala iyong recent , which is tama iyong codes pero di nagana hanggang sa maging invalid na iyong mga codes.

My another concern, why coins.ph Egivecash withdrawals lang may problema and not as a whole. EgiveCash is a long time service of Security Bank and marami na ang gumagamit nito bago pa sumikat si coins.ph. Pero wala pa ako naencounter na nagkaproblema sila sa withdrawals. And during the time na sira ang EgiveCash sa coins.ph, operational pa rin naman daw sya ayon mismo dun sa friend ko nagwowork sa Security Bank.*

Oo, supposedly my ma received tayong text from SC dba but ang nang yari is wala so I have to file a ticket. Wag ka lng masyado ma takot kasi good thing about it kahit hindi stable ma kukuha mo pa din naman yung pera.

Security bank has been providing this service not just for coins.ph pero sa ibang members din and yung benefits? napaka simple lng coins are putting money into SC bank and usually dyan naman tlaga kumikita ang isang banko dba? pde kasi nila ipa utang iyong pera ng coins then they gain their interest plus the service fee na kinakaltas nila meron din yun and I'm sure na good amount of money parin yun for them
