never pa ko nakareceived nito at minsan lang ako mag EGC. Baka malaking pera ung kinash-out mo kaya nagtrigger itong notification. Usually pinapaldahan nito is 'yong wla makitang any bank account. Punta k nlng sa knila at be honest kung san mo nakuha ang pera.

Is this EGC using cash out method in coins? I don't think its a KYC thing pero the fact na di orient and coinsph users makes it suspicious.

I'll just stay ATM from them hangang di nag bibigay ng updates ang coins related to this.

It looks strange nga, sa SMS mo ba to nareceive?
Bakit nagtatanong sila ng active na gmail address eh hindi paba sapat yung verification natin sa coins.ph.

Wala akong natanggap na ganito siguro lahat ng cash outs ko ay sa LBC remittance.

I also received this exactly the same message today, even tho i have not done any cashout via EGC today. I guess they send it out to users that have used EGC before.


IMO, they should integrate PesoPay and/or InstaPay to enable its clients to instantly transfer to their Bank accounts. Gcash uses both services para mag transfer to/from banks instantly.

Bago ko lang nakita yung ganitong issue ni Security Bank sa EGC. Siguro masyadong malaki yung transactions na nagaganap sa mga outlets/atm's nila kaya siguro naging aware na sila. Matagal tagal na akong hindi naka-gamit ng EGC simula nung nagkaproblema sila kaya mas mabuti na rin siguro na hindi ko sila ginamit ng mga isang taon na siguro. Kung yung 'cardless' ni Security Bank ay mag rerequire na ng information, tingin ko irerequire na nila mag-open ng account yung mga users niyan.

Ang tanong dito, bakit si coins.ph hindi nagbigay ng update tungkol dito? dapat merong update o sms din na manggagaling mismo sa kanila para mas maging aware yung mga users nila.

Yes, I received the same message too. Looks like EGC now have some KYC  (or just a sort of additional information since ang mga gumagamit nyan ay may mga personal details na). Pangkalahatan yan sa mga users nila. Pero dahil via coins.ph tayo, di natin yan magagawa or wait kung paano magiging diskarte ni coins.ph dito.

Take note guys na pangalan ni coins.ph ang account involved kapag nag Eegivecash tayo. Yang noticed is para sa lahat ng gumagamit ng EgiveCash.



Di lang yang text message ang natanggap ko kanina, sa email naman nagkaroon sila ng update regarding sa bank withdrawal cashout.

If mapansin niyo, naging 2 days ang processing time ng bank cashouts. Ngayon bumalik na sya sa normal processing time.

Mas magiging realiable kasi kung sa coins.ph manggaling yung mga ganyang confirmation  at thru email pa yung message nila antay na lang talaga tayo from other users kasi kahit ako wala pang narereceive pero ang napansin ko lang from SECURITY BANK talaga yung sender ng message which is makukuha din talaga nila yung numbers natin once na makapag cash out tayo.

You mean pwede na mag cash in and cash out using gcash app ?  Cool .  pero diba rival yung dalwang yun ?  Wala pang coins.ph noon pero meron ng gcash and i think na dito kumuha ng idea ang coins.ph    .

So far , coins.ph at gcash na ang dalwang leading mobile payment brand sa pinas  .

Nice. I just try to cash out using gcash, so far balik naman sa dati-instant processed.

Yung sa BDO ko nalang yung hindi pa na re'resolve. Noong 9th pa yun, till now wala pang refund or success notification (my first time na mag ka issue using BDO  Undecided), though still waiting sa next update ng CS nila.

This is a good news, I missed GCASH cash out, I think it's been over a week already it's not operational.

Nakapag cash out nako earlier this day at smooth naman instant pa din yung process, importante pa din kasi gcash lalo na kapag may biglang lakad lalo na kung maaga pa na walang bukas na palawan o lbc kaya kahit mataas fee ginagamit pa din ito.

Nice feedback. Di ko pa rin kasi tinesting kasi kaka-CO ko lang sa LBC recently. Well then, mayroon na tayong let option for urgent needs. Buti naman di nagtagal kasi ubos na option natin for urgent.

What's the reason raw according to their CS?

Di ba recently ginawang 2 days ang processing time sa mga bank withdrawals (if before 10am placed ,+2 days, if later parang lumalabas na almost +3 days, tama ba?) although sobra na kasi dapat 11th natanggap mo na? Binalik lang let sa usual processing time kahapon.

Naku bro mukhang Thursday or Friday pa yan. Holiday pa naman ngayon and there will be no bank operations.

Naku bro mukhang Thursday or Friday pa yan. Holiday pa naman ngayon and there will be no bank operations.

Ganyan din nangyari saken. Supposedly, dapat marecieve ko yung cashout ko before Eid al-Fitr pero ang nangyari, di siya nagcash out that time and naabutan ako ng holiday. So that is a Saturday, Sunday and Monday, additional  pa yung Tuesday and Wednesday and they said they are sorry kase nagkaproblema daw sa bank transaction. It is fine kase di ko pa naman kailangan but the thing is that kung kailangan ko yun, yari na. Monday ko daw  marerecieve but narecieve ko siya Biyernes ng gabi. I hope maayos na mga transactions natin sa banks kase minsan kailangang kailangan natin yung pera. MInsan kase nagschedule tayo ng cash out para sumakto sa pangagailangan natin tapos ganito yung mangyayari, sobrang nakaka-disappoint yun,

Mas worst sa akin. 5 days processed, placed on first day of banking days, no holiday that week and the usual banking process time. Meaning dapat smooth.

Bank involved is EastWest bank. Internal transaction error daw. Bilib ako sa CS ng coins.ph kasi mabilis sumagot pero iyong query na yan inabot ng ilang araw bago masagot. Last January yan bago ako naging Custom Limit sa coins.ph.

Yes abala talaga yan. Sa bank withdrawals lagi ako nag aadvance ng several days ahead of the day na kailangan na. Pero sa 5 days process wala rin late rin nakuha.

Ask poh sana ako if posibli ba na malalaman ng ibang tao ang transaction ng mga bitcoins within coins.php btc wallet.
Halimbawa poh if may bitcoin wallet ako sa coins.php , e tatransfer ko sa isang frind ko na may btc wallet sa coins.php.

Makikita ba un public ung transaction namin? Like may records ba in public na posibling makita yung transaction na yun? Thnx poh sa ssasgot

There will be no record in public as that is just an internal transaction, it needs to appear in the blockchain so the public can view it.
However, your facebook friends (if you link your FB to coins) who are using coins.ph will see that there's a transaction between the two of you but the amount is not displayed.

Ito na iyong holiday schedule for cash-in and cash-out tomorrow.

Mapansin niyo, wala pa ring GCASH but according to the status page, operational na ang GCASH and I just checked it now in the app and ayun puwede na nga. Although di ko pa tinatry sa ngayon so di ko alam kung smooth na.


Pansin ko rin kanina na operational naman ang gcash kaya ang ginawa ko nagrequest ako ng payout and then pumasok naman mabuti at naayos na ang gcash. Ang tanong is bakit gumana sa akin kanina kahit kakatapos lang ng Independence day kasi usually yan mga isang araw pa or more before magamit ulit.  Pero hindi na mahalaga iyon sana huwag na lang magkaroon ulit ng maintenance ang gcash.
