Anyone here experience a problem using GCASH ATM? (coins>GCASH>ATM)

I had cash out today from coins.ph and successfully credited to my GCASH account, but when I tried to withdraw the money from ATM, I received a confirmation from Globe that the amount was successfully withdrawn, but the machine does not disperse the amount.

If you have face this kind of problem, kindly give me an advise and please share your experience and how you solve it.

I experience this one I guess just last month, I message gcash care using messenger, (un)fortunatey it takes a day before I got refunded. And after that, once I encountered such issue in any ATM for withdrawal, an sms message sent to me^(below) and funds never get deducted.

So, you should message gcash for this asap, and much better if you have the atm receipt if asked, but probably, they will know it since they might have all transaction logs (successful and unsuccessful) of your account.

Na en-counter ko na yung ganto.

It’s just something na ATM error kaya try mo na lang ulit mag withdraw. Ang case kasi sakin nag withdraw din ako gamit GCASH at wala ding na dispense/nilabas na cash yung ATM pero hindi nabawasan yung balance ko. Then, I tried to withdraw sa ibang ATM bank and gumana naman at may nilabas ng pera.

or walang laman na pera yung ATM na pinag withdrahan, like that.

Advice that it’s helpful lalo na sa mga gantong situation:
1. Itabi yung transaction receipt 
- magagamit ito para mas mapadali ang proseso ng iyong problema kung saang bangko ka nag withdraw and make sure na may significant date and time na tama yung mga yon sa araw na nung nag withdraw ka.

2. I-report ang nangyare na incidente sa ATM banks.
- Pumunta ka agad sa malapit na bangko at i-report duon ang nangyare ukol sa iyong transaction.

Thanks, I will message them now and will not for them to auto refund as it was stated in the help center that I need to wait 1 to 2 days and if no refund is given, I have to message them. Hopefully I'll get back my refund within 24 hours.

I feel you, di lang sa LBC pati na din sa ibang remitance. Naka experience din ako sa isang city na napuntahan ko, may isang remittance na may may maximum limit lang ang isang tao pwede ma receive sa isang transaction. So, di na ito sa side ni Coins.ph ang problema, sa side ito ng remittance.

Para sa akin posibling naging dahilan sa ganitong problema ay yung mga nag kalat na investment schemes with high returns, kasi posibling, wala ng mga taong nagpapadala doon sa area nila, which is more on receive na ang mga tao dun kaya posibleng nauubosan sila ng pera.

I even tried na kinuha ang phone number ko at sabi text/call lang daw nila ako pag nakompleto na nila yung amount na i rerecieve ko, it's almost 7hours din bago sila nag text at nakuha ko yung pera.

ibig sabihin madalas sa LBC na walang laman yung isang branch nila? kasi sa cebuana at ibang remittance center di naman nangyayare yan o dahil sa madami lang din cash out sa LBC at konti lang yung nagpapasok sa branch kasi kapag mas madami nga naman yung kumukuha ng pera at walang nagpapadala talagang magkakaubusan ng supply.

Hi coins ph, I would like to know why there is always a problem for security bank withdrawal? I think it's almost a month and still under maintenance. Are you planning to remove security bank as an option for cash out?

LBC is also a good option but they're always out of cash in their branches especially if you're going to cash out a big amount of money. lol.

Maybe it's time for coins ph to produce their own atm machine or card for the convenience of its users.

Yeah nasa remittance center na nga ang problema at hindi sila makapag-produce agad ng pera. Naka-depende pa sa koleksyon nila on that day.

My issue with coinsph eh bakit hindi sila maging transparent, instead na sabihin nila pwede na after 1 hour, bakit hindi maglagay ng note na depende sa availability sa lbc. I chose lbc over the other remittance centers dahil sa 1 hour processing unlike sa iba na 6pm mo pa makukuha as indicated in their website.

Tatlong magkakalayong branches na napuntahan ko, ang ending nagpa-reserve na lang din at maghihitay hanggang bukas hanggang makaipon sila.

Hi escalante28, pwede mo na lang sila duon sa app ikaw gumawa ng concerns dahil hindi na active ang represented customer support ng coins.ph dito. About dyan sa cash-out option nila na security bank, yeah, it’s almost a month na din na still under maintenance pa din at walang update. Kung meron man I think yung sms message na about kyc may connect yun (pero still wala pa din confirmation about kay coins)

Agree. Yung LBC minsan out of cash talaga lalo na pag malaki yung kukunin mo na pera sa kanila. Then, biglang pag ikaw na yung tatawagin at nakita na malaki yung kukunin mo papabalikin kana lang tomorrow, dahil nga sa kawalan ng cash. It’s a waste of time sa iba...

I never experience this, maybe you are cashing out a big amount of money, which for me not advisable using the outlet for cash out, with bigger amount I only trust banks for that as their staff are more professional compared to remittance center.

Banks have the bank secrecy law to observed, don't know about remittance center, you might be at risk if they divulge to other people that you can cashing out use amount.

Ako rin never kong naranasan yan siguro nagkataon lang boss na ganyan na naubusan sila ng funds baka  naunahan ka na nang iba kaya nagkaganyan. Ako kasi once na binigay ko yung information na hinihingi nila binibigay na nila kaagad agad ang pera. Hindi ko lang alam kung may iilan din sa mga member dito ang nakaranas ng kagaya sa iyo na maubusin sila ng pera at kailangan pa nilang maghintay. Tatlo ang branch dito sa amin so incase na mangyari yan may other option pa ako.

ATM related error. Undispensed parang EgiveCash case lang. Naexperience ko na yan sa RCBC ATM and it take 3 days for refund. 

Much better nasa Globe mismo ireport kaysa sa bank. Sila na ang magccheck ng transaction and magrely ng issue sa bank.

Ugaliin mag tanong sa mga staffs if big cashout. Ganyan ginagawa ko for Php 20,000 above withdrawal. Kahit Mall Branches nauubusan kasi mas marami ang volume ng encash dun kahit marami silang nilagay na pondo para dun. Or lipat na lang ibang branch.

I-share ko lang nung Wedneseday holiday, nagcashout ako ng Php *0,000. Di masyado naglagay ng bala iyong LBC branch na lagi kong pinupuntahan. Iyong isa Php1,000 lang ang iwiwithdraw di na napagbigyan kasi nasa akin na nabuhos lol. Pati bills payment wala rin masyado nagpaprocess. Puwede raw sana icover ng payment dun.

Wag kang mag-alala walang magiging epekto yan sa mga nasa wallet natin. Halving naman ang mangyayari at hindi fork. Ano kaya maiisip na solution dyan ng coins.ph. Di puwede sila ang magdecide dyan kasi nasa legal terms na iyong changes and if nagkaroon ng exceptions sa mga customer ng coins.ph, unfair iyon sa mga gumagamit ng EgiveCash outside crypto. Pero if babasahin ang changes, may lower tier kung saan walang KYC ang mga small time withdrawals.
