• Why do you use Bitcoin instead of FIAT currencies?
• What value does Bitcoin bring you that normal currencies do not?

If we want to make crypto currencies popular we need to agree on what makes them BETTER than the FIAT ones.

I admit that I use Bitcoin just because I'm curious of new technology, but I strongly believe that it can prosper in many fields! But why and how, I ask.

What makes Bitcoin better?

I wanted to have bitcoins because I thought trading with it would be nice. Other than that, I do not see how it wins over debit/credit cards, it's just another way of spending money.

I don't use bitcoin as a currency because there are not enough places that except it now days. However for trading it has a great value for me as the margin on some trading methods is quite high.

First I need to say that I don`t use bitcoin instead of fiat, I use both. We need to be flexible about it, we can`t buy and pay for everything with btc, in that cases its better to use fiat. For online payments, and earning bitcoin is better options, and cause of that I like to use btc. I would like bitcoins to become more mainstream soon, and then we can expect to have more possibilities with bitcoin.
To me bitcoin have value as any other currency, and I use it cause I like what bitcoin represents. And of course we can earn good with bitcoins, to make good money and buy things we like.

I think bitcoin has been really good for me because we see that there are countries that are not supported by the processor paypal as well as
foreign currency rules are very tight so there are some people who can not swap their local currencies into USD .
but it seems like bitcoin is not defined as currency by our country . therefore we can freely exchange with each other and can bitcoin
sent around the world quickly and virtually cost free transaction adds to the existence of bitcoin is more popular . In my opinion.

Besides i be able to handle my bitcoins without a fee being taken all months, make transactions 24/7 anytime, bitcoin is allowing to earn a decent extra all months, and i love technology and bitcoin as crypto world has a lot to give to the current system, the way fiat is managed and wasted over high fees.

Yeah that's for sure but for that you need to play with coins in trading for getting more experienced in it, know the market and stocks then it will be good to go with it more easily and talking about bitcoin its an opportunity to gain profit from its trading as due to its high volatile price!

for me, bitcoin is a way of making money most of all. bitcoin has introduced me to trading and now i am making some small amounts of profit from it and learning it little by little.

but also i like the technology that bitcoin has brought to us, like the anonymity and decentralization which are both excellent things in bitcoin.

Of course I am using both. However, bitcoin's advantage is the easy transaction imo. I can send money anytime, anywhere, most of the times without fee and sometimes if it has, it's still lower than other options. In regards with value, making investment in bitcoin give a higher chance of earning as time goes on.

To encourage not just a family member but also others, I will be saying the features of bitcoin and it's advantages when compared to others. Earn money online by just investing time and effort, faster transactions and lower fees than others, excluded on taxes, can be used anytime and anywhere and so on.

It have made me not to depend upon others for my basic needs even when I go jobless, as there is no job security in my day job. Also it made me to get interested towards the technological advancements.

The value bitcoin brought to me is the potential to growth. If you want to increase your fiat savings, then you will have to invest in some conventional deposits or stock market.

What unique in bitcoin is that the potential to grow. Holding bitcoin is itself an investment and it can provide huge returns which a normal investment can't give you. That is the value of bitcoin to me.

But in future you need to tell them about bitcoin so that they can also start earning it but the fact is kids nowadays are very tech advanced and they will find it on their own to earn bitcoins.

I dont actually use bitcoin instead of FIAT currency right now because im not able to do it as there is no place accepts bitcoin in my country or town.
And i use bitcoin because i can earn it and it has value for me because it is same for me as FIAT, i can earn bitcoins and then i can convert them to my home currency and then i can use them anywhere i want.

Bitcoin doesn't really being me any value right now, I HODL so I don't gain anything right now, I see bitcoin as a long term investment strategy, something I hope to profit from in the future.

I use it because I don't have to deal with PayPal or other payment methods crap (getting limited for no reason) & chargebacks, and It's also a long term investement unlike the other currencies .

To answer your survey,

1.  I use  bitcoin instead of fiat because there are some transaction online that i can't pay with fiat money.  I don't want to use Visa Card or Credit Card that expose the identity of the buyer. So in short for anonymity.
2.  Being not to supply your identity when transacting online.
3.  I don't see bitcoin being better than fiat money at this moment.  The mere fact that it is not generaly accepted in local market makes it in a disadvantage.
