You need to make 50 (constructive) posts over the time you're part of the campaign. Those can be all over the forum, as long as they're constructive.

so long signature campaign. what if in the 3rd week im disqualified. can i get the payment of my 3 weeks? because this campaign took to long.

Payments are gonna take place at the last week, so no, you can't. It's hard getting disqualified though, as long as you don't get negative feedback.

No, there's currently no designated payment for the avatar/personal text.
Those are optional for users which want to wear an avatar going together with their signature in terms of design or which want to support the project that way.
