Welcome to the Opair Signature Campaign!



About Opair:

Opair stands for Open and Fair which are the two key elements the project seeks to fulfill.
- Open Project: The code and new language will be documented, open source and it will be found at Github.
- Fair Distribution: After analyzing the last ICO´s, the team realized that the distribution is not as fair as it should be. On the one hand, most of the distribution of the coins usually is in the hands of so few, that’s why we decided that 30% of the coin will be distributed old school through PoW. On the other hand, most developers don´t distribute 100% of the coins and they keep a portion (%) in their hands as background/developer and bounty funds, so opair wants to highlight that 0% will be retained by the team.

This campaign will run for a total of 1.5 months, divided into 6 weekly rounds (running from wednesday to wednesday).
The payment for each participant will be depending on their individual share of the total reward pool.
Overall, a bounty pool of 7BTC will be paid to all participants, as long as there are less than 125 participants by the end of the campaign.
However, if this campaign reaches 125 members or more, the bounty pool divided between everyone will be doubled, to a total of 14BTC to be paid.
(This addition to the rules has been made on 26/07/16 and benefits the users.)
The payments will be made in BTC and once the final stage of this campaign completes.

For each round they've been part of this campaign, users will receive the following shares:

Legendary: 2.5 Shares
Hero: 2 Shares
Senior/Full: 1.5 Shares
Member: 1 Shares

Users will only be eligible for a payment at the end of the campaign, if they:
- Made at least 50 constructive posts during the time they've been wearing the signature
- Are wearing the signature once the payments are made, and haven't removed it anytime since they've signed up
(modifying the signature code in any given way counts as removing, this includes adding lines to your signature that are not part of ours)
- Have neutral or positive trust on default settings all during their participation

Dev, how many participants are there already in the signature campaign? How close is it to getting the bounty pool doubled to 14 BTC? And for the 125 participants, do you count everyone that signed up during the signature campaign period - including those that were disqualified or left the campaign? Or only on the final count at the end of ICO where the participants still have a valid opair signature?

This campaign will run for a total of 1.5 months, divided into 6 weekly rounds (running from wednesday to wednesday).
The payment for each participant will be depending on their individual share of the total reward pool.
Overall, an XPO equivalent to 7BTC will be paid to all participants, as long as there are less than 125 participants by the end of the campaign.
However, if this campaign reaches 125 members or more, the bounty pool divided between everyone will be doubled, to an equivalent of 14BTC to be paid in XPO.
(This addition to the rules has been made on 26/07/16 and benefits the users.)
The payments will be made in XPO and once the final stage of this campaign completes.

That is the problem with Lutpin here because he does not regularly update the applicants, I think we should have to wait then. Sometimes the update is done after the end of the week, this could be a test for us.

Yes everything continues as before. Recently I'm getting aware about the Lutpin problem. I have already contacted him.
By the way, we just changed the rules about the payment. All our bounties will be paid directly in bitcoins to prevent the majority dumps his "free" coins as happens in all projects.

Well according to Lutpin, payment are made in bitcoin and you can see the full information in the first page actually. And with you question if the campaign will pay or not all I can say is that we need to watch and see but in my opinion I think they will pay.

"Overall, a bounty pool of 7BTC will be paid to all participants, as long as there are less than 125 participants by the end of the campaign.

As a campaign manager we only only count up posts and make payments. But as a participant you are the only one who should let us know about it. Reason is because we need to confirm that a participant is wearing a right signature. You might be wearing a member signature while you were already ranked up to full member or maybe not but that is the reason why you should post about your rank upgradation to let us know about it and we confirm that you are wearing right promotional matter.

Hope you are understanding it now. I am sorry but we will not be ranking you up as we are already in middle of the round. I might have changed your rank if there has been another round but unfortunately it is the last round.

I think they should have to continue their signature campaign after this one in bitcoin services section, they are at a glowing project but still they need to collect more and more adopters and investors, if they close to advertise then only a limited people will be there with them.

I agree with this, but remembet as kooke said, that the wallet will be a qt normal wallet, the beta version will come after some weeks, so this would be:

1/ we need to release the first wallet and distributing xpo coins for all investors after then SJ will release funds (40% of escrow amount)to the project running .
2/ SJ sent 7 btc to Lutpin to pay the signature campaign.
3/ after funds released , wasserman99 should have information about listing exchanges (such as bittrex, polo, ect...) and we must have some talks on slack with presence of CEO Frank and HAO so that all investors need to be known about the legit project . this fact will clear all doubts from investors and it can bring back more funds for the project.
4/ We release the beta wallet.
5/ finally the rest of escrow funds will be released to the project.

- Avirnues is filling in for Lutpin, who is busy, and will be doing post counting and figuring out who gets paid how much
- Lutpin is the main manager of the campaign, and has covered everything before Avirneus helped

As this isn't the case and I've been notified about a few problems, I'm here to support them. It's not my way to just abandon a campaign, no matter what.
As Avirunes already said, neither they nor I are holding any funds, like my disclaimer states, the payments will be made by the development team.
I however have provided them an temporary escrow wallet where they can either send the full payment or partial payments to. I'll distribute those funds as soon as I have enough to cover the payments (It's currently empty).
As I understand the delay comes from Wasserman and Seb not being abled to find a Roadmap acceptable for all sides, aswell as Wasserman being in need of the escrowed funds in order to pay the bounty, or at least preferring on doing so.
Both things are sadly out of my reach, aswell as out of my reliability, same goes for Avirunes, hence there's little more we can do, besides waiting together with you guys.
I know waiting socks, but I'd advice everyone to have a little more patience.
I might take further steps later, but it's too soon for that  (and doing stuff from around here is a crook), so I'll give it a few more days.

Secondly, the payments haven't been my responsibility, according to the agreement I've made, Wasserman was supposed to take care of them. Read the disclaimer after the OP about this.
However, I'm trying to help as far as I can, I've contacted Wasserman some time ago and provided a wallet to fund payments (even though I technically dropped out after handing over the campaign to Avirunes), which currently is empty as during my last post.
I won't get involved in the struggle between Wasserman and Seb, as I'm no investor and got no say in if and how the ICO funds are released.
I know people wait impatiently for a payment (some of you guys have been patient, those you don't see complaining in the thread, so they get overlooked easily, however thanks for that) and I think at this point it would be better to cover the campaign from other funds before creating even more stress around the coin.
Ultimatively, this is none of my decision, and I'm in the same position as you all, waiting for updates and a way to continue.

Absolutely right. Campaign manager has no responsibility regarding the payment as it is stated in the disclaimer of OP. Im just an investor in this ICO and im still waiting for the release of this coin to exchange.

Well from the main thread it looks like wasserman99 isn't planning on paying the bounties untill next month, he does everything in his power to release the escrow funds with as little effort as possible. And instead of regaining trust he rather refund some escrow funds then go to work.

I left him negative trust since in his own OP he states that the bounties are done in phase 1 and he is holding BTC65 and doesn't go to work with it and doesn't pay us, while the only site linking to his site is this forum. All the coins he raised is thanks to the signature campaign.

I'm done with Opar! I'm gonna try to get a refund on my investment from phase 2.

EDIT: The only reason I invested some in phase 1 of the ICO and joined signature campaign was because Lutpin was running the campaign, I'm very dissapointed in this since he always complains about scammers and spammers on the forum.

I think he was in long vacation before checking update in this thread that is why didn't know anything regarding the issue in Opair. But to update him. Opair is currently having a problem on releasing funds from escrow because of it's devs. I hope they will fix it in next days.

After reading all the details on this thread and on opair main thread i will say that now it is hard to trust on the team for the payment of this campaign. It will be better that the escrow pay 7 BTC directly to the members with the assistance of the manager of this campaign.

Of course. the priority of the escrow funds is for the investors. Bounty is provided by devs because they have the majority of funds collected.

I joined the signature campaign and invested, good thing I invested the majority in ICO phase 2 so I requested a refund for that.

We will only receive payment if wasserman releases a walet and distribute coins, when SJ releases funds to wasserman he will take care of the signature bounty as well, sending it himself or he send this to Lutpin.

This campaign is nearly to settle just waiting for lutpin to received the funds from SJ. maybe tomorrow or later is the payment. i'm glad i didn't refund my investment and still believe in opair.

The list with the refund requests is complete. There was only one user who decided to get a refund after the wallet was released. And that user already contacted me upfront that it could be the case that he might want a refund. He wanted to wait for the wallet.

Well, this has to come to an end, I already waited longer now to see if more refund requests come in but they didn't. On the other hand people changed their minds to wait for the opair even though they asked for a refund before.

So this can't be held open independently without hurting the other investors that want to trust into the coin. Which seem to be not a few.

Do you expect me to carry around escrow wallets all day long? Do you think it would be a very secure way to? Or should I best use coinbase or some other online wallet for the task?
It's fairly easy to browse the board from a mobile device, escrowing coins on it, making said secure and sending out big payments (in terms of numbers of outputs) is not that easy.
The wallet holding the 7 BTC bounty is securely stored at my home PC and I will send out payments as soon as I am home again and double checked everything.
Forgive me for having a life outside of this forum aswell, but after all, managing campaigns alone doesn't put the food on the table.
I'm open for donations and tips though, if you want to help going a step in that direction.

After double-checking everything and recalculating the shares to ensure there's no error, payments are ready.
I've adjusted the payment calculations by Avirunes to total 6.9985BTC as SebastianJu didn't include additional funds for transaction fees (and txfees are quite big for a transaction with 66 outputs).
I've also rounded everyones payments to 8 figures, so you might see half a satoshi more or less than you should get. Once we can split satoshis, we might make more accurate calculations, till then, you will have to settle for 8 decimal places.
In total, 65 users have been paid with todays payment run. There's still 0.21467783BTC left in the escrow address, which belongs to the users kjadB and boomboom. Both have not been active recently (this month) and not submitted any btc addresses. You can PM me your address and I will send you a seperate payment, please do so in a months time.

Even though I quoted you, this wasn't directly at you, but rather a comment on the situation in general.
I had no intentions to further delay the payments, but I can't sit in front of my PC watching and waiting for 21 days 24/7 for funds.
So commenting sth like "where's lutpin?" or "when are we going to get paid?" only hours after Seb transformed the funds has been rather unnecessary, I've sent the payments asap.
