I think it will come from wasserman99, their are no escrow in this sig. bounty only campaign manager. it was written on the first page. we might or we might not get paid.

Yeah that is my whole problem with it. He has BTC65 in hands and doesn't pay up and keeps referring to escrow, but if escrow pays everything to him... We indeed might or might not get paid.

After reading all the details on this thread and on opair main thread i will say that now it is hard to trust on the team for the payment of this campaign. It will be better that the escrow pay 7 BTC directly to the members with the assistance of the manager of this campaign.

When he releases escrow funds to him, he sends the payments for signature campaign as well, so there's no need to rely on opair team.

So the plan for me has to look like this:

1) Define the 9% PoW before Friday. // Done
2) On Friday communicating the decision to SJ. // Guess it's done, since it shouldn't have a huge impact I did not check it out too much.
3) Release the qt wallet before September 19th. // Better before. Would be a good thing for wasserman99's when he can show at least something
4) On September 19th the refund period will ends and no more refunds will be accepted.
5) Escrow Pays sig campaign.
6) On September 19-20th SJ will send us the info about the refunds to update our system.
7) Start the distribution
Cool 7 days after we start the distribution the funds will be released.
9) Launch the beta during October.

Of course. the priority of the escrow funds is for the investors. Bounty is provided by devs because they have the majority of funds collected.

We're both a little puzzled about the current status of the campaign and can't quite understand why Wasserman is insisting on covering the bounty from ICO2 funds and hence creates further delays in payments.
That being said, I'll keep my policy of staying out of the discussion between Seb and Wasserman about the escrowed funds, simply because it's not my place.

Wasserman must understand his responsibility to pay the bounty.He should arrange funds from his resources and not from ICO2

Still in discussion with Seb, things are moving slow.
For the record, the wallet I have set up as temporary escrow (I had informed you about this some pages back, should be two weeks ago now) holds one address designated to signature payments, and is still empty. The address is the following: 13fnbefVxWX1DeTBksFBNauqoenDrXMqtt
As you can see, the address is still empty, I haven't received funds from either Sebastian (ICO2 funds) or Wasserman (ICO1 and other funds), so I got nothing to work with.

I joined the signature campaign and invested, good thing I invested the majority in ICO phase 2 so I requested a refund for that.

We will only receive payment if wasserman releases a walet and distribute coins, when SJ releases funds to wasserman he will take care of the signature bounty as well, sending it himself or he send this to Lutpin.

We know this for sure on the 19th.

I'm just relieved it doesn't depend on wasserman anymore.
