I could only tell you, then I personally have only one account here, and I offered also paying via moneybookers witch do not offers chargebacks (maybe there is only one person behind all other accounts;) ). I believed that I would be able to qucikly buy bitcoins here and I come from link at https://mtgox.com/users/addFunds.

As I see it would be impossible, because of scamers. So could you tell me: is there any place, where I can instantly buy bitcoins if I have Credit Card and polish bank account?

I hope you are aware that when you accept a transfer from paypal or moneybookers the person who "buys" from you can simply request a chargeback ? (and get the money for free)
