Of course yes, there are people gamble under the age of 18 especially on online gambling website
 because there are many gambling website that no account needed to play gambling on there,

EDIT: I mean mostly kids online, its hard to be a kid and gamble physically. I feel like the gambling rate for kids is increasing a lot and is gonna be a problem in the future, especially with the CS:GO situation.

They have a lot of other interesting, for them at least, things to do, like watching anime, playing video games, reading manga etc. They consider gambling like something for old peeps, they don't want to even know what it is. Yes, online gambling is really riuning the childhood in my country. I do see many underage people are getting engaged with gambling in full time. They are not regular to their studies but but spending more money for gambling. In my town some kids are betting against their favorite teams in basketball. In my school when I was in highschool they play card games and marbles. They even buy tickets in lottery tho' they are under 18. Some of my friends plays in cockfights and lose some bug money there.

everyone has an interest of each different. Not only children who have different interests, but adults also have different interests. That is why not all people gamble. Children also might just be interested in gambling, there is also interested in the other. In essence, we can not prevent children from accessing gambling unless we are parents who already have children.
