I am not sure the title you copied from the original story is fitting though..
"Trapped In" ?
Maybe more "Affected By" ?
We do know that black holes emit something contrary to many saying nothing escapes not even light.
A tired cliche'd phrase !
Science DOES know that i think it was Neutrino's for example come out of them.
Which is why people had postulated the idea of using Black-Holes as a star ship engine.
Not only that but..
Admitting *something* comes out of them means we are not violating Einstein's golden master rule.
Which is nothing can be destroyed.. ever !
All that happens is a change of state from one to another..
At best a state change from Energy to matter or vice versa..
Which means i am driving at.. then we never calculated the effects of these black holes properly !
Bottom line is i think when it comes to anything Black Hole related we as a whole are are still in the infancy of it all.
What we always have is the prevailing majority's opinion on Scientific matters.
And in time this changes !
Often weighted and swayed by our tests.
With out the tests for the presence of our galaxies black hole or with out the LIGO gravity waves tests
we would be further behind than we are now.. it all helps build the picture.
All i know is i am far more interested in being *inclusive* with peoples ideas.
It's what science is about.. try and re-check the data and get as much info as possible to evaluate
..then re-evaluate again !
in regard to the information paradox.. even if something fell into a black hole would it not continue to exist there? im not entirely sure what constitutes information death i guess. but i would assume that even though the information is smashed into a point it still exists and is not destroyed.
Light is supposed to bend when it is within gravitational force. So far, the only people claiming that light is seen to bend around a black hole is NASA. They claim their
Nuclear Spectroscopic Telescope Array (NuSTAR) has captured this spectacular event. But if this were true, we would see BH light bending through regular telescopes way more easily than light bent by stars.
In other words, Black Holes might be there, but the whole theory about what they are is wrong. Or else the whole theory about E=MC
2 is wrong. But more than likely, they both are wrong.
