Sometimes it is fast sometimes it is slow also,it depends upon the response of the network and the establishment  when you are transacting,it takes a little bit .But eventually most of my transactions i experience it more fast and accurate.

I noticed that too, the last time I send, it took  three hours atleast to have it confirmed, and this day when I send again, it only took less than an hour before I could receive a confirmation. Though it is still a bit different from before, today when you send, 3 confirmations came  almost few minutes after the other, unlike before, but it's okay, the important thing is we still can send and receive, we just need a little patience.

Today it finally all looks good. I made 4 transactions and those were all confirmed within 10 minutes. It looks like when the price is raising or falling hard the blockchain becomes full with people who wants to trade. When the price is stable the block chain can handle it all easily.

It looks fine now, I too made a transaction this day and I receive it earlier than I expected it to be confirmed, I even put 5 hours allowance earlier so I could use it at the right time... To my surprise, I receive it in less than an hour... Probabaly the network had a hard time working on transactions during the price up and down due to people transacting and taking advantage of the price either buy or sell...  Smiley

A normal transactions you have to wait 10 minutes for a transaction to be confirmed. Some times transactions taking a long time to be processed by the network problem. It depends also which types of wallet you use and fee that you set.
yeah you are right that normal transaction time is 10 minute and i think its very fast transaction than other service or bank and there is maximum people prefer that bitcoin transaction is very much faster .
Yes, to compare the bitcoin transaction time span to bank one I guess bank is defeated then,
But I guess 10 minutes waiting is good enough to wait not for days to be confirmed and received by recipients.
And to use this as payment method to groceries is a good Idea but just let the owner of the store be enlightened by what and how biticoin really works.
For normal transaction this 10 min wait is ok, But in future, if we get a chance to pay our bills through direct bitcoin this waiting time is bit high. Already in some countries, people are using this facility, but in my country, it's not there, if it comes means the transaction time should be improved otherwise shop owners will not wait, and they will not accept bitcoin as payment.

last night my friend sam send bitcoin I quickly within seconds has been entered, SO VERY NICE STAY NOW Bitcoin system development BIAR AGAIN MORE ADVANCED AND CAN BE APPLIED

some time when there is a huge traffic then it create problems. but most of the time it remain ok and without any delay. we can hope that the systm will become more and more develop with the passage of time.

yes agree with you.but i think this problem must be solve in priority basis because as soon as the number of bitcoin users are increasing so this problem will also be increasing. therefore i think this problem must be solve in priority basis.

I think that bitcoin transactions are so fast. In simple banks transactions might be very slow.

It depends on how you look at it. If you consider that transacting with bank accounts from the same bank is instant, and that from one bank to a different bank not, then yes, it's slower. But that's also something banks are working on. Plan is that everything within the country will be instant when it comes to transacting through banks. Not sure how long it will take, but it's something people have been waiting for so long.

In the past I would agree with you.
I usually needed just a few hours for bitcoin transaction confirmation and usually 2-3 working days for bank transaction.
Last weeks I usually waiting 1-2 working days for bitcoin transaction confirmation so, it seems, bitcoin is not any more faster than bank wire Smiley
I really hope it will change soon.

I really hope it will change soon.

Probably that because the traffic is really high. I am sure that will be fixed soon. Japan will realease 5g internet technology, probably it will help bitcoin transaction faster. Also I am sure that there are some developer who advance the hash rate of bitcoin to be faster.
Waiting for 1 -  2 days for bitcoin transaction is so rare, I usualy only wait in less than 15 minute.

Well if you set your miner fees (Like on Blockchain, the confirmation become more faster)
Me myselft set it to 0.0001/transaction

Send it with a 25k - 30k satoshi fee if you want it to be confirmed fast. These days with the congestion that is happening in the blockchain sending it with 10k satoshi will take you hours. Look here:  https://bitcoinfees.21.co to know what is the appropriate fee for your transaction. Based in it sending your transaction with a 90 sats/ byte fee should make your transaction in priority.

is it possible that bitcoin will be accepted in local stores, shops etc. since transactions are to slow and customers have to wait until their transactions are verified. And nobody wants to wait.
Can transactions be seeded up to save customers time or any other way to use bitcoin  at local stores.
i think transactions by real money like dollar need to wait too ..
wait means this is confirm that transaction it's really your transaction nobody else , save your bitcoin from hacker

i think can that bitcoin can be accepted in local store if people accept bitcoin first ..

Not all customers want to pay higher fees just so that they can buy what they want. Also, higher fees don't necessarily mean that your transaction will get confirmed quicker. Although most of the time it does mean that. Most of my transactions take 15-20 minutes to confirm which is definitely bearable.

There are times when the transaction is as fast as I am expecting to, but, many times that it is so slow. It really depends on the volume of transaction not on how much fee you paid, so instead of complaining I am making myself busy with my other tasks rather than waiting for it and will just get pissed of.

It's not because you're using blockchain.info or any other wallet but there might be happened some delay in the network, as I know blockchain.info always setting up the automatic fee to meet the requirement for fees/byte and your transaction will have high priority in the network. The speed of confirmation affected by so many factors

That much fee what you set also sometimes don't help. Also time matters, if their is no congestion, then the transaction is completed little faster.
