It surely is.  You need a lot of experience and observation in order to master a game that is based in skills or strategy.  But there are games that you will never master becaust the result is out of your hand.  Such games that purely rely on luck such as dice, roulette, slots etc.  Player tried to defy  the luck or chance of lossing by applying a method  called martingale but mostly this method never work if you don;t know how to combine it with patience and anti-climatic stop.
