For me yes it is, it depends on our lucks because based on my observation every time that I try gambling, even if you just keep on clicking the roll button when you are playing dice most of the time you roll you win and sometimes you loss. Yes, dice is totally depending on luck, there is no requirement of our skill. Maybe in sports you have a little edge of your skill and experience but still luck also play important role there.
