It's not that hard to code. You need a LAMP server and bitcoind running. And then keep track of users' balances in the database, and handle cash outs with RPC calls.

you must be able and proficient about the program
If you buy your web script can hack same script maker, your money and the client will be very dangerous

It is not available yet in my project, but follow it via Github and you should have a full fledged example within the next few weeks.
