For sports betting I would recommend directbet and sportsbet.io, for a Dice site maybe 999dice or crypto-games. Just remeber with 2btc investing might be a better option.

Directbet accepts doge litecoin and ether. 999 Dice accepts litecoin and doge. I'm not sure about the rest.
