To be honest it would be a great idea but I think that it is better if you first introduce the people in the big cities to Bitcoin.
Opening shops in the big cities without people knowing what it is is not going to help much.

Apple opened shops in cities and passing trade went in to see what all the hype was about.  People had heard about Apple's various products, some may even have had a friend with one of their devices, but until the public can see BitCoin in every day use then it's going to be very hard to get the message across.

The media don't care if BitCoin is good, bad or indifferent, they only print a story about it when it has a headline catching title "Mt Gox exchange robbed!" that sort of thing.  The media aren't going to do a puff piece on "Joe bought a coffee with BitCoin."

The media *would* do a story about "First BitCoin store opens!" I suspect.

I think in the next decade  this may become something common. Besides btc, certainly  they will also accept some other good  and fast cryptos..

We will call these shops as exchanges for bitcoin, which will be physical exchanges for bitcoin and other currencies, there are already a lot of physical exchanges in my country where we can exchange our currency from one currency to another but they still do not have started to exchange crypto currency, but it is hope they will start soon.

Yes, you are right, it would be great if such physical exchanges start to exchange Bitcoins and other crypto currency to fiat and vice versa.

Hey Guys,

what would be your opinion if there would been Bitcoin shops in big cities like London, Berlin or Paris (also smaller cities).
So you could go inside the shop and buy or sell Bitcoin for a good price.

I think it would be an good (and an advantage) idea because more people would use Bitcoin so the price would rise up and the people who are owning Bitcoins at the moment would have more money in Bitcoins. Wink

Best regards,

Patrick Smiley

It`s a good idea.Buying bitcoin offline should be endorsed.

The are a lot of people who you want to trade bitcoin offline and the risk of fraud and stealing bitcoins or

fiat money is big.Having such "marketplaces" might reduce that risk.

Really worthful for such store.
Big cities have much more competition and is full of opportunities so having a bitcoin shop will result in popularizing the cryptocurrency and when we will have more member in bitcoin we will have more scope to earn.

Yes it is one of the ways is good enough to do. Because I am also thinking of introducing and making the popular crptocurrency is to open a place that is widely used by most people. However it is quite difficult for those who do not want to have a currency that cannot be held

The idea is interesting but maybe it is not time for it. I mean, there are already Bitcoin shops but on larger scale they would probably not survive because Bitcoin stil isn't that much widespread and accepted. But in the fur we also might havew Bitcoin shoping malls.

I do not see how this could work.
Just the rent in a citiy is so high that you could never give your customers a good price.
Then you have pay employees, electricity, and you need hardware as well.
You had to charge so much fees per bitcoin that nobody would use your service.
From what I have read even ATMs charge fees so high taht not very much people use them.
And they are just boxes, not a shop.

Yeah. That idea would be extremely nice and I'm thinking very much since I saw yout thread (I opened it two hour earlier) and there are vast possibilities to earn good money or even to promote exchanging. I'm thinking far beyond, there are tons of things in my head right now, but I won't bother anybody here.

To OP I don’t think that opening a shop like that is a good idea, first you will need to consider the legal aspect of that, then the cost of having a physical store are enormous, and finally I don’t think there is enough demand for that at this time even in those big cities. I think is better that you just create a website and trade bitcoins that way and even that comes with a significant amount of risk and costs

Yeah this is really going to be a great idea if there is going to be a shop that accepts bitcoin in big cities.

Since it is going to be new in the hear of other people and other stores will for sure going to be curious on what kind of money is this accepting and out of their curiosity for sure they are going to adopt bitcoins too if they are going to see it attracts a lot of customers.

Big cities where we can find a lot of adopters to bitcoin and with that businessmen established a shop or stores that we can use our bitcoins. And I think that gives us the comfort to spend our bitcoins.

So far as the use of bitcoin in big cities, Yes, most of the big cities are accept the bitcoins, and in small cities are not accept the bitcoin openly. You know in my country even a huge people don't know about bitcoin, so i can say it clearly that in my country, we can't use the bitcoin in anywhere.

By re As will become popular such money, and shops will accept Bitcoin as payment. This is a really good idea, and it should push to the masses.

If you now open such shops, the owner can become bankrupt. The fact is that the popularity of bitcoin very dipping and purchases can make a few people using bitcoin. Of course, if the payment of the goods will be combining it is another matter, and the idea makes sense to be realized.

having a shop locally can be easier to promote than targeting anyone on the internet. its easy to target geological location on networks such as adwords or on facebook advertising. a smart business man should consider this before someone else can establish before them.

if it would be then every person will have an alternate option to pay the payment . this will result in the sharp increase in the price.  because a shopkeeper also will hold btc so simply price will increase .

My idea-for using my-bitcoin on shopping on bit cities are probably i will-spend it all at one-day because i want to use my all bitcoin to use it and i will-use it for good things like new shirts and new pants i wouldn't sell my bitcoin for cash because there are big fees. And-thats will be advantage.
