This would give Bitcoin exposure to people that don't know much about it and don't know how to acquire any. I think the problem is that it would be hard for a shop like this to make any money.

As mentioned it gives a lot information about bitcoin to people who are not yet aware of the digital currencies.  Importantly bitcoin are now need to be used directly than using it after converting it to fiat. Also now a days service for bitcoin is increasing much in every country where bitcoin has got good acceptance.

although it is a good idea to open a bitcoin shop in a big city where the users of bitcoin will be comparability more as compare to little cities and back word area, but do you think that it is such an easy job to open a shop in a big city where the expenses and rents are out of the reach of a common person. for opening a shop in big city you need to have good amount of investment so that you can easily handle the expenses there.

I'm not so sure if it would be that lucrative currently, since there are not too many Bitcoin users in the grand scheme of things.

Can't really see any shops opening that would accept only bitcoin. It is more plausible to think that shops will eventually accept bitcoin as a form of payment similar to credit/debit cards. Bitcoin is much for useful for online / not in-person purchases or if you're trying to do so with a decent level of anonymity.

Exactly, A simple board of 'bitcoin accepted here' would make the customers learn more about bitcoin. People in India are now started using digital payments through web wallets, banking apps etc, especially after demonetization. Promotional activities played a huge role in building a large user base for such wallet providers companies. Similarly, I can see a good picture in near future for bitcoin and crypto currencies.

I like this idea because we really need to explore the name of bitcoin in the bank, merchant so it will grow more as we expected, if you always see the word  bitcoin anywhere a lot of people will get curious and try it, with that bitcoin would really have a great adoptation in the society and can grow rapidly.

what would be your opinion if there would been Bitcoin shops in big cities like London, Berlin or Paris (also smaller cities).
So you could go inside the shop and buy or sell Bitcoin for a good price.

I think it would be an good (and an advantage) idea because more people would use Bitcoin so the price would rise up and the people who are owning Bitcoins at the moment would have more money in Bitcoins.

Yes, As you say. It's an interesting idea, I like to shop and paying with bitcoin. without fearing of stealing or anything else. More secure payment that cash. A good idea actually, but a thorough research has to be done first, how many bitcoin users around, is bitcoin popular in the surroundings. What kind of products would people be interested in buying with bitcoin etc.
If everything is done properly with sound research, management and of course marketing, it could possibly be a huge success.

This means that there might be a physical version of a bitcoin.
This is a good idea as it would promote trade among the organization's but it's equally difficult to do so because
-if you are talking about a big city this implies it's governing power will be strong and the country would not like trade in any other currency so as to protect the currency of their sub continent.
-the inventor of bitcoins is some aynonamus person or people.so the governing authorities would not like to have the trade of currency in their sub continent whose owner or inventor is unknown.basically they might not trust it.
-also the media somewhere has advertised bitcoin as a bad form of currency so the people who don't know deep about wont trust it infact some may even protest against this idea.
Thus ,it is a good idea to have bitcoin shops in big cities but it's practically almost impossible to have them.

Depending on the way it is executed, the idea has the potential to bring a number of positive impacts with regard to the use of Bitcoin, but I don't think it would be as effective if it were done these days, as this type of project is something that would only have a significant effect if there was too much demand. I think that first one must carry out the adoption process in smaller commercial establishments, to then expand to more ambitious projects.

I couldn't agree more with you because that's currently the problem I'm facing; I came with my family to Dubai and currently in Abu Dhabi for our family vacation and it's surprising I haven't seen any shop that accepts Bitcoin yet. This whole big city and country and its shocking because I had high hopes of spending a few bitcoins I have with coinbase.
