Looks like somebody else staked the same block as you before you and that was confirmed. The coin is dead already - you are only looking at the value of a few satoshi, so you shouldn't worry too much

The other pool dont do payouts anymore, all miners are mining for the pool/dev, nobody gets there coin.

Guys these coins are operated by Yobit owners. They set these coins up and place them on their exchange and then dump them. You have not figured this out yet? These bs coins will little to no announcement with no community and dev has no posting history, gets on yobit within a few days of being created. Ahead of coins who devs has a history on bct.
