ok because im running 150 mhs on 2 different workers in pool and im making less or the same amount as when i was just running one :/ why is there no rewards chart or any actual statistics like when blocks are found and how many expected shares  also no time on block? id like to know that my block are paid in full -2% fee as of yet i havnt gotten paid on block over 3000 payout. 

             is it fixed payout?

there are some stats not sure on what you mean buy not being paid after block 3000 ?

For reward/payment processing, shares are inserted into Redis (a fast NoSQL key/value store). The PROP (proportional) reward system is used with Redis Transactions for secure and super speedy payouts. There is zero risk to the pool operator. Shares from rounds resulting in orphaned blocks will be merged into share in the current round so that each and every share will be rewarded.

also please note that there are people solo mining this coin and there are other pools mining so your not going to get every block

also the Block reward is : Random (200 - 2000 POKE)

so the coins you recive will always be different regardless of what speed you are mining

Still waiting to hear back, I am really for this myself, wish I could program, lol.. I'm just a YouTuber/3D model artist, at least by profession. I do run a coin already, but no harm in assisting with others. Especially if there is a lot of potential in them, like you said, the name alone will grab attention.
