Yes, but the chances to win aren't that good... On Dice we can make fast profit or fast loss (probably a fast profit, you just start losing if you are very unlucky), lottery tickets can give us a low loss (because the ticket is cheap) and a very very low probability to earn BIG!

What a ridiculous question, lottery is the more gambling then poker. In poker at least you have some cards and you know what can happen generally, in lotteries especially big ones what are the chances for someone to win? I just opened freebitco.in they have lottery and I remember they have this calculator that tells how much chances you have with your amount of tickets, I have 6 tickets, and until now  40,384,705 tickets are available ( until sunday there will be more then double that much probably ), and with my 6 tickets in this moment I have 0.00014857 % to take first place. Well that is a too low chance for my taste, I like when I have much more chances to win, this is not even a chance, you will fail and that is that.

Lottery is for sure gambling when you buy any lottery ticket you spend money in case of not winning you simply loose money and there is nothing to get back in return.
