Any good Balkan based meetup for August?

Instead of using the forum's search feature with multiple filters and then trying to sort out the best ones from replies, I am more interested in your suggestion.

I will have some free time August for travelling and I wonder

Will be there any good meetup you could recommend in Europe, better if in the Balkan for August?
I will be glad if you write also why you suggest the meetup and provide some kind of source.
