hi all...  im a newbie but ive been lurking here and mining for a couple weeks now...    both my miner machines can no longer connect and i thought maybe it was deepbit to blame cause there website also seems to be down.


i created a BTC guild account and cant connect there either!!!

did we just go down or am i suffering other probs?   

im on verizon FIOS if it matters

who is going down?

bitcoin is decentralized and as far as i know there's no thing as "we are going down".

all my guiminer instances say 'problems connecting to bitcoin rpc'   on both deepbit and btc guild

tried new alpha release of guiminer and error is 'exceptions.attributeError: 'Nonetype' object has no attribute 'ConnHeaders''

NVM ... i panicked too soon... stepped away and ate a taco to come back and find them all reconnected...

in my vast two weeks i never saw an outage last over 10 mins tho...  (lulz vast two weeks)

deepbits down again, i have been watching my miner most of the day while reading and doing other work on my laptop. it seems to go down and the website goes down also. i am now moving from deepbit.

thanks for all the good times, might come back some other time.

OG Bitcoin Miner turned Proof of Stake Validator.
Maxed out Raspberry Pi 4 8GB at 120$ a Day Revenue with ~15K XTZ Bonds in Summer of 2021.
Looking at Proof of Stake systems all across the crypto ecosystem to expand operations.

Both deepbit and BTC Guild are up and down like yoyos for me at the moment.

I suppose its more of a systemic yoyo effect than what seemed like a bigger outage at first.   I shouldve eaten more tacos.
