Headache: Microsoft Pinyin (MobiiSPY) of the Language bar do not know when installed on any action to open the window it is going to pop. How to permanently delete this bad software?
Add and Remove Software in could not find it, it can not be deleted.
XD you please advise?

i have no idea what that software is but a quick Google Search i have found this on Microsoft Answers website, i hope it can help you resolve your issue.
