Yes it is and then i looked up their previous post and found out they're chinese, mostly posts on local thread.

We do have a lot of Chinese investors. Well, in fact most of our investors are from China. We are in deep connection with our community and investors and they are more than willing to do whatever they can to help us.

Sure, I would say for any projects, through investigation is strongly recommended and we are not an exception.

Imagine if they'd be able to massively promote antshare entirely in their country, 1 Billions Chinese can make a difference.

I'm sorry the signature is not elligible for newbies. We are still deciding if we will accept jr member's sig.
As for minimum post, we don't have it yet because we previously trying to record number of clicks on user's signature. But we noticed that a lot of people didn't change the ref in sig code to their own user name. So we might want to replace the minimum click requirements with minimum posts.
