probably new. i also commit that same mistake when i was just starting to learn bitcoin. you have to consider Antshare has been promoted on the mainland china to which most of them aren't too aware of using these wallets.

It doesn't matter, it's still not yours until you transfer to a new address. The ANS address/private key was derived from the deposit BTC address which they control.

How can i get my ICO bounty if i didn't invest in Antshares?

You should have a new wallet first , click wallet and then click new wallet database and create a name for your wallet and save it to your chosen directory, after that you will see antshare address on your wallet, right click that address and choose import private keys from wif. Input the private key you were given during the ICO, thats it.
