I have deposited over 7k BTC into my nitrogensports account (1Mkt2KDbime9NkFJDEzt2NjdwFD9EUQCNy) if you want to check)

I am posting the following screenshots of them deliberately stonewalling me, making phantom deposits of .0000000013 into my account around the clock so I can never withdrawls and have to wait for confirms - the same tech problem has come up 4x the past 3 weeks and I am out 600 coins they owe me - shame on them given the loyatly i have shown - some screenshots below

I will pay someone 100 btc to help me get my coins from them - a shame, they were good at one time but took to the dark side

I can try to help you (but I cannot guarantee any results).

It looks like some of the deposits for very small amounts were not made by nitrogensports.eu, but was rather someone sending what appears to be random amounts of BTC to various addresses; I suspect that someone is trying to figure out which addresses belong to which websites. From what I can tell, this should not hold up any additional withdrawals as I do not see any unconfirmed transactions on your deposit address as of now. If you receive any additional transactions to your deposit address that you did not initiate, then you can ask nitrogensports.eu to ignore any deposits sent to your deposit address, however I would suggest that you do this only as a last resort.

I believe that you probably should be able to withdraw now, at least I think you can. If you want, you can PM me the details necessary to access your account, and I can attempt to withdraw for you, and speak to support on your behalf. I can attempt to withdraw to an address that I control and then forward you the BTC (less the amount you agreed to pay in the OP) to your address:

If you decide against the above, then I would suggest that you remain calm when speaking to the support staff, and do not make personal attacks against the support staff. I would say that more likely then not, it was not the support staff that "stole" your money, and it is most likely that they are in fact trying to help you.

I took a look at your provided files, and it superficially checks out. I've crossposted this thread from their main thread, so they can see it and reply.

In the future you might find it more productive to be more diplomatic, being rude never helps (even if they're scamming you).


On a side note, them not letting you withdraw because some dust has been sent to your address is just bizarre, obviously a system mistake/limitation. I find it really strange that they don't take some manual action in a case like this to help out a high roller. At the very least, it's amazing customer service fail

Check out gamblingsitefinder.com for a decent list/rankings of crypto casinos. Note: I have no affiliation or interest in it, and don't even agree with all the rankings ... but it's the only uncorrupted review site I'm aware of.

I think the OP needs to go and have a cup of tea and a lie down before they have a stroke or heart attack!

I can certainly understand the frustration... never easy dealing with first level support who effectively have the power to do very little and give "scripted" responses... and I can only begin to imagine how stressful it is considering the amounts of money involved here...

Having said that, OP needs to just slow down and breath (and maybe type a little slower)... Give NitrogenSports a chance to clear all your deposits, pay all your bonuses and then just withdraw all your BTC and never use their service again. You've given them probably 2 chances more than I would have... and they still seem to be messing you around.

Being abusive to the support staff makes them less likely to want to help you, so they won't do any more than the bare minimum to fix your issue... and will likely result in them trying to hand the job off to someone else... which will just delay everything.

Also... I'm trying to follow the transactions on your deposit account... and someone seems to be depositing "tiny" amounts into it repeatedly... Did you accidentally use this as the receiving address for an investment elsewhere or something? so many transactions around 0.00013, 0.00014, 0.00015... seems like a "regular" payout from something, as all the receiving addresses seem to be fairly consistent across the transactions? or, as suggested, someone is just trolling... but thats an expensive way to troll... spreading ~30BTC every transaction to all those addresses!!?!  Shocked

Does seem strange that NitrogenSports don't let you take out confirmed deposits tho... They should really set it up, like most wallets, that it just doesn't let you spend/withdraw the confirmed portions... so if balance is 5.00013... and the 0.00013 is unconfirmed, you should still be able to take the 5BTC out!  Undecided

Where are their offices located? I would think in the UK. Try going to their dispute department in person to get a resolution on this for that is a whole lot of coins to loose from having an account locked for this sort of obvious motives behind doing this.
That is just not right for a reputable sportsbook/casino to do to a client of theirs without substantial reasoning behind it to make their actions creditable.

Well tbh. I've seen high rollers withdraw 500+ btc from that site every now and then (sometimes, they share a good 1 btc to those who are active in chat during their withdrawal). Also, based from the above conversation, you seemed to have lost your cool due to your replies. I can help you out in some way, by speaking to staffs to process or push your withdrawals and explain to them your case. Actually you can do this on your own, but without being harsh. I haven't seen them scammed a single person yet, and I think it's a policy of them to hold withdrawals if there is still a pending deposit (in this case, those dusts).

Looks like the tiny deposits are coming from some sort of pool reward, since the transactions are 25+BTC in size and are being sent to thousands of addresses.  Are you part of some sort of group mining or some other joint venture and use your Nitro deposit address as where you wanted to receive payment?

Also, it seems like they are saying that your lossback rewards is what's preventing you from getting speedy cashouts.  That's kind of bullshit.  Why can't you contact the individual who you set the lossback up through and ask them to look into the situation and whitelist your account?  Do you have several pending withdraws?  How long have they been pending for?

I've been playing on Nitrogen for a couple years now and they've always been straight up w/ me, so gotta discount this heavily. More often than not these 'scam' accusations are a type of reputational blackmail anyway. So who is running the scam here?!?

Yes, even I am also using Nitrogensports site since a couple of months for my Sports betting, I did not face this type of situation anymore. I think something wrong went. So better try to talk with Nitrogensports customer care and solve your problem. They have excellent customer support.

I really have tried - they give me a different answer each time which is not consistent - they said they gave me a 10 btc bonus and that is why however that bonus was given after I tried to withdrawl

They used to send me 600 btc no problem but the past 6 times the same thing has happened - I tell them my account it's locked, they say it's not, then one of those magic fairy deposits hit nd they tell me I can't withdrawl - literally the same cadence - I've deposited  7k btc in a year and this is how they treat me

The tiny deposits have nothing to do with it.

They are saying that your large betback/lossback amounts auto lock your account for 24 hours. 

Basically, they are saying that because you worked out a special deal with them, they are going to freeze your account when you get paid from the deal to ensure that you aren't trying to get one over on them.  Depending on how large of a % you are getting, it would be VERY easy for you to gain an edge so I'm guessing they are checking IPs and recent large bets to make sure that there are no coordinated bets that coincide with your wagers. 

Has it been more than 24 hours since your last betback/lossback award?

Seriously, my advice is to vote with your BTC... stop betting/gambling on the site... wait for all your bonuses/lossbacks etc to get paid into your account... then just withdrawl the lot and don't bother playing there anymore.

It seems they are not going to change their systems to accommodate your style or level of deposits/playing/cashouts... and they're fairly up front about that. If you want 10+BTC payouts, your account will be locked. It sucks, but they make the rules, so you either deal with it, or go somewhere else. Otherwise, you'll just get stressed out every time your account locks and you can't play and/or withdraw.

Quite why a tiny credit locks your account from withdrawing, I don't know... you really need to figure out where those mystery deposits are coming from? As several of us have noted, they look like some sort of pool payout... like referral bonus maybe? Anyway, again, that is the system that NitrogenSports uses... if it is a problem, then again, you need to find another provider.

So, my suggestion is to stop playing on the site... stop depositing on the site... contact their support and ask them politely to arrange for the contents of your account to be withdrawn to an account of your choosing and then just  take your Bitcoin elsewhere...

We would like to shed some light on the recent posting by jtp1109. 

The user in question has been a loyal member of our site, and a very highly valued one, for some time. Recently our securities team introduced a new measure which places TEMPORARY locks on any account that has received large credits in the past 24 hours. This measure affects every user the same and is activated any time a credit this large is given (whether as a bonus, payout for a misgrade, bounty, affiliate payment etc.).

As one of our highest volume players, and somebody who would be impacted by this change in security policy, this user was notified of the changes immediately. We fully understand that this may not be the most convenient arrangement for users, but do view it as necessary to ensure security. The fact of the matter remains very few sportsbooks even come close to the flexibility we offer, especially in circumstances such as this.

We apologize for some initial miscommunication with our support team: as mentioned, the 24 hour lock is a relatively new measure, and accounts can be locked for many reasons. All team members are fully aware of the new security measures and we hope there won’t be any further miscommunication on the issue.

The account being unable to withdraw prior to his credit appears to have been as a result of the unconfirmed micro-deposit on his account. Unconfirmed bitcoin has not yet truly arrived at its destination, and our system cannot, therefore, allow users to withdraw bitcoin that hasn't been confirmed 100% as being in our wallets yet. These micro-deposits did not come from Nitrogen as claimed by the user; we have never, and would never send bitcoin to a user via deposit. For any such credit we use our own internal system. This can be corroborated by the fact that none of the wallet addresses sending these transactions belong to Nitrogen.

All in all, this amounts to an unfortunate misunderstanding with a long-time and loyal user. Unfortunately, due to the sums of bitcoin he plays with, he has been somewhat inconvenienced by a security policy which most users will never be affected by. This policy has been made clear to him on multiple occasions, by multiple members of our support staff, and at these times he has been given alternate options to aid him in avoiding what has been, for him, a frustrating process. Each time he has declined our offer. We have not seized or debited funds from this user, but rather was crediting him. At the time of this posting he has been notified via support and his account is open and unlocked and he is welcome to do as he wishes with his account and balance.

Although we cannot share account specifics, which have not been publicly aired by the user in question, we hope that our response provides some insight into this unfortunate situation and sheds some light on our perspective.

It's not really a micro-deposit as much as a bit of automated dust transactions. You realize the user has absolutely no control over this?

 Common sense would dictate you don't let someone have hundreds of thousands of dollars (?!) being held up by a few cents. Either comp him a few cents, or just delete it from his account, or not let him withdraw the unconfirmed funds. There's a lot of ways to handle this better than letting your best customer get so desperate he has to create a scam accusation and offer 100 BTC for someone to help him get his money out of your site.

this is SIMPLY WRONG

I did not get the bonus by design until after I withdrew my coins for this purpose - my account was locked even though I did not get any bonus' - the support team told me my account was fine and I should be able to withdraw - again, I wans't able to - Nitrogen doesnt let you play until all trades have a confirm - they typicaly dont let you play until that happens as well, so my deposits were confirmed and the support told me I was good to go but would not let me withdraw - I had all deposits confirmed, no bonus and could not withdraw

this happend 4-5x the past 3 weeks - i still dont see how your response answers that - I received no bonus, all trades confirmed because I won the coins with the funds that were confirmed and my withdrawls blocked

The "dust deposit" is not nitrogen's fault, they're not doing that to your account. There's people on the bitcoin network who spray popular addresses with dust (probably for tracking, or advertising purposes). It is however nitrogen's fault they're blocking withdrawals when it happens, they should handle this more elegantly (like every other site I'm aware of).



According to NitrogenSport's reply you should be able to withdraw now:

If jtp1109 can't withdraw because of dust that isn't confirming, I'm sure you will find the jtp1109 has no problem with it the couple of cents being deducted from his account. Leaving someone in limbo for so long, and taking so long to deal with his support tickets isn't acceptable imo

He posted a screenshot showing he couldn't withdraw, after NitrogenSports said he was free to withdraw his entire balance. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, they tell him to open another support ticket and wait a couple days for a response, a process it looks he has already tried and failed at several times.

OP is absolutely too hot-headed, and it's not helping the situation. However if you put yourself in his shoes, he's got hundreds of thousands of dollars on a site which hasn't been letting him withdraw for several days.

For what it's worth, I actually like NitrogenSports. It's the site I've universally recommended people on my site when they are looking for a bitcoin sportsbook, so it really sucks to see them like this. I'm hoping it's just an isolated problem that gets fixed quickly.

This certainly seems odd. These responses from the rep are not what I would expect. The OP is probably one of Nitrogens biggest players. Doesn't he have a dedicated host he can go to within the company to get assistance. He shouldn't have to be dealing with low-level support here. He appears to give a ton of action and thus should be treated as a VIP. Am I missing something here?

I don't see the problem here, Mike sounds like he is going to take care of things going forward and make the OP happy. He just needed a little VIP attention here to get this resolved which should have happened from the moment he started making large bets but sometimes things get overlooked. Glad to see this resolved.

After all the proof I think Nitrogensports should do some manual work and stop putting the excuses in "tech team" or "security concerns"

Just pay what you owe the user, anyone could be sending random BTC to that address, but who cares. It should be possible to withdrawal at any time, no matter the amount.

Seems like Customer support in Nitrogen is pretty bad.

My guess is nitro would lose quite a bit of business requiring confirmations before waging. Have you seen their chat? No patience, the type of members books love.

While it is a kind offer, I think it's completely unreasonable of them to pay less than your complete balance. I'm sure they have rejected thousands or tens of thousands of people begging for their losings back, it would be ridiculously hypocritical to not do a full payout and if they decide to pay anything less than your full balance, I will leave my negative trust in perpetuity and encourage others to as well. It's amazing the amount of good will they're destroying by letting this drag out.

They did not just lie, they are also making it look as if the Op is being uncooperative, which was never the case. Word on the street is that nitrogensports cannot make this payment. Hence their behaviour. I smell an exit scam.

Nitro has a tendency to confuse their customers that are active in support tickets due to answers being all over the map.
I think this is a area they could definitely work on improving to keep people from losing their shit.

As of right now 7/12/2017 Nitrogensports has frozen 80% of their accounts, and they have not allowed any of their customers to withdraw any of their money from their accounts.


They are still accepting DEPOSITS EVEN THOUGH THEY KNOW THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING CUSTOMERS TO WITHDRAWAL THEIR FUNDS (this frustrates the hell out of me)!



You would think... since they know their site is down, and not working properly that they would notify people, but they are not doing this. Instead they take your money even though they know you cannot access it.

Everyone is having problems at Nitrogensports right now. Read their recent excuse as to why it is happening:

IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT THERE DO NOT DEPOSIT MONEY INTO IT. First log in, and see if they will allow you to withdraw the funds you currently have there. If you cannot take your money out don't be an idiot, and deposit money into that account.

Everyone is complaining right now... as of 7/12/2017 everyone on the message boards (all you have to do is log into your account to read this) is complaing about:

1. accounts being frozen

and

2. withdrawals expiring. - This means they are not allowing anyone to take money out!



Read this post as it says what everyone is saying as of today:

Before you write up a post telling me how good Nitro has been to you log into your account verify if what I am saying is true.

1. you will have no problem logging into your account.

2. your money will show in your wallet

3. you will be able to place bets, and if they win or lose your account will get credit for this.



Here is what you need to verify before you write a poster here though...

1. Can you process a withdrawal on your account. I am not saying just to process it, and have it say, "pending" on your account, but I mean you actually receive the money into your wallet. No one I know has been able to do this since 7/12/2017.

2. Try to do this BEFORE YOU PUT ANY MONEY INTO YOUR ACCOUNT. EVEN A SMALL AMOUNT WILL NOT GO THROUGH...


My account under umsloan@yahoo.com has been frozen for almost 3 days now. It was frozen on 7/11/2017. When I finally received a response I was told it was because I logged into my account using a VPN service, and that I could not make withdrawals because I did not have 2 factor authorization on my account.


I then fixed this and I sent them an email showing them I fixed this. Then the next day it happens again on 7/14/2017. I have not received a response yet, but this only happen after I tried to withdraw my funds. Keep in mind at this point I have added 2 point authorization to my account, and they have proof my email is linked to my account. I have sent support 10 messages, and nothing.

I tried to contact the admin on the site, and this is what he said to me,

As you can see he refers me to support (even though others are asking him the same questions, BUT SUPPORT NEVER NEVER NEVER RESPONDS. It is almost as if these are delay tactics. Now I know Nitrogen is a large site, but they just suffered huge losses in excess of 400 Bitcoins. They had a technical error which allowed gamblers to gamble on games which had already finished. A lot of people made a lot of money because of this.

You might say well this explains everything, and this may be the case, BUT WHY TAKE PEOPLES MONEY WHEN YOU KNOW YOUR SITE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. WHY ALLOW PEOPLE TO DEPOSIT THEIR HARD EARNED MONEY ON YOUR SITE, WHEN YOU KNOW IN ADVANCE YOU ARE NOT GOING TO LET THEM HAVE ACCESS TO IT. You only do this is you are up to something bad. A GOOD SITE WITH GOOD INTENTIONS WOULD NOT DO THIS TO SOMEONE.
