The Bitcoin network protocol was designed to be extremely flexible. It can be used to create timed transactions, escrow transactions, multi-signature transactions, etc. The current features of the client only hint at what will be possible in the future.

Just be lucky that you didnt loan anything really huge..

This could of been a huge ugly situation of $20-40 easy.. always enforce some sort of collateral and build rep if you want to get into the loan business.

I won't loan anyone any large amounts of money regardless of the collateral for personal reasons, $2 isn't something to worry about losing as that's just a coffee at the store.

There you can see it yourself again you can't trust a newbie asking for a loan, it's very sad and by the same funny how someone comes to this forum to steal 2 freaking dollars he could bring up his account to member and earn this amount in 1 to 2 days depending on the signature campaign

I've seen folks here scam folks for $0.10 before. Dude was paying people 10 cents to do something and then tried to charge it back lol.

The odds of him returning to repay his loan are pretty slim. He hasn't logged in since 3 days before the 2 week loan was due and hasn't made any attempt to contact me to say there would be a delay in repaying.
