I also think that investing in a casino is a good idea. But I'd like to hear how really look income. Is there anyone who has already invested so? How much we can earn by investing, for example, 1 BTC?

I think you may want to read this thread.

In about three months you would have earned somewhere around 20-25% profits if you invested into the bankroll of the top three casinos. Among these are BetKing, SafeDice, and CryptoGames. BetKing is closing their bankroll for such investments starting December, so you are left with only two options. Maybe, there are other worthy casinos as well, but I haven't seen stats for them yet.

Yes, he could have earned 20-25% of profits, but it isn't guaranteed. the op of that thread also lost money by investing into satoshidice and moneypot so he discontinued investing in those two sites. there's no way one can know how much profit they can make, it could be 1% or 50% or -1% or -50%, it depends on how much a player loses or wins and also your luck. So far he has not much lost on his discontinued casino, and he shifted the fund to bitvest and safedice. It started out as 1btc each and as you can see now that safedice is no longer start with 1btc because there is a rebalancing of profile.

People, don't spread incorrect info. OP made most of his money on Betking when a single guy lost 1k BTC betting over a few days. That s it. Pure luck, one time opportunity. After that it s only very limited wins and loses. In the end, there might be some profit but it ll be far, far way from 40%.

If I'm not wrong, it is not a one time win because as per me betking profits grow quite gradually over the time but only one time there was some sudden jump, but surely it was not a 40% at one time. Investments take time to turn your money into profits.

Bankroll of BetKing is now staggering 5,785 BTC ($4,215,000 at current exchange rate).
I am not an expert in economics so please enlighten me, is big bankroll actually good or bad for people investing their money on BetKing's site?

A gambling site that has big bankroll is good for both parties, the owner and for the gamblers. It can be an advantage for the owner to attract more gamblers because they can't be bankrupt easily.

And for the gamblers we can wager high amount and do some yoloing for betking because they can re-pay if accidentally we bet and roll higher.

For the investors, this is also good because it means that the site is trusted by many and can't collapsed easily.

While I generally agree with your point, if we look at the bigger picture, we will see that, for example, CryptoGames has been consistently making profits with little variance. Therefore, even if he chose two casinos that didn't live up to expectations and he incurred losses through them, this still doesn't underscore the longterm success of CryptoGames and, to a certain degree, SafeDice.

Well technically it doesn't matter how large or small a bankroll is, if you join their bank as an investor then you will make the same amount. HOWEVER its important for a particular gambling site to have a large bankroll because if its very small, then the entire pot can easily be emptied by one large large whale.

of course it is good from any point of view
there are no drawbacks in having huge bankrol, rather than if it is not stored safely and can be stolen, but that is a security problem, not related to investment per se
when a casino has big bankroll it shows it is popular,it can attract even more players, casinos love big bankrolls for  obvious reasons-less chances to be bankrupted by one or two unlucky streaks
it is in turn attracting whales who can be sure that they can gamble at high stakes and that they will get paid when/if they win big
it is also good for investors, big bankroll means that there are many people investing AND making profit

Roll Eyes

The only way investors can reduce their losses is like what OP has diversified his investment. Due to the diversification OP is still in profit otherwise, he might have lost some of his money if he might have chosen any one or two sites. But as you said there is no guaranty of earnings from these gambling investments.

Diversification is indeed the key to mitigating the risk in so far as investing to online casino is concerned. But to be honest, it also holds true to all kind of investment vehicles. You need to diversify your investment.

it is definitely not a good idea in my opinion and I would definitely never do any investing into bitcoin gambling websites as the owner might run away with money what is very risky.

You'd be surprised...
It's all a matter of perspective!
When you're REALLY rich as fuck, 1 million can seem as play money
Of course you have to be really rich as fuck but that can happen!
Thoug 1k is a bit much, most of the time big gambler will play with half a coin or a coin.

Yes, this thread is very good. However, now the bankrolls are bigger and so you return the money slower. In crypto-games it would be less than 15% in 3 months, for instance. Maybe it is more reasonable to invest into good casinos but in their alts' bankrolls which are smaller. However, then you have risk of a coin becoming woth nearly nothing.
So, if Lavander invests 1 btc in Crypto-games, he will return this btc in nearly 2 years and then will have 0.5 btc per year of in income in case nothing changes a lot in casino and with btc at that time.

That was a freaking too high amount of money, of course it made a huge profit to EVERYONE

Don't pick a single site to invest in. Spread out your bankroll, so if a huge win happens at either site, you would be still pretty safe. I would recommended Moneypot.com (my favorite), BitDice.me, Just-Dice (will need to buy some CLAMS), Crypto-games.net and Betking.io. Maybe try Safedice.com. If you were to pick one, I would say either moneypot or betking.io. Both are pretty trusted here, and have a good presence on the forums.
Yes spreading your bankroll into different sites will help you benefit or earn much more in every site or in the negative site lose some amount.Me my self i also invest my own bitcoin in some gambling casino online now.And luckily i profitted to them

This is a good recommendation, but I would add something: You don't need to invest equal parts on many casinos, invest more on casinos which you earn more profit from. There are casinos where the profit is taking more time to come for us investors while on another casinos the profit comes faster. And always be attention, if the casino doesn't have many gamblers, move on to another site.

Gambling sites with few players don't worth to invest very much.  Wink
