You may wish to consider joining the #bitcoin-otc IRC channel on Freenode (newbies may be directed to the -foyer to go through gpg setup) for trading the moneypaks.

Since they are irreversible, they are a good way to trade funds and give them to someone who is willing to receive PayPal-based funds.

Depending on what you have, and what you're offering, I'm fairly certain that someone will take interest.

Bitcoins? I'll take 'em. 1FAtDiCkfsSqhEAuMgcmt5Z37edRmVh9xr (bitcoin:1FAtDiCkfsSqhEAuMgcmt5Z37edRmVh9xr)
Ripples? I'll take 'em. rHRkcJzYMBEhTUzVfWUgekznm2N1FEut5h
Don't expect anything back - They're a gift if you give 'em.
